At the beginning of the episode, the doctor is mistreating Gehna where someone comes who looks like Anant and stops the doctor where Gehna sees him and gets happy. Gehna says that Anant is back. The person says who is Anant and asks Gehna that she is mistaken. Gehna gets happy after seeing him. He starts scolding the doctor that he can’t treat her like this where he shouts at them and leaves Gehna. Gehna said that she told everyone about him but no one believes in her. Gehna tries to hug Anant where he introduced herself as Siddharth where Gehna said that nothing happens to him when she is alive. Siddharth writes a prescription on the paper and asks her to take a rest. Gehna follows Siddharth and starts panicking that he is her Anant.
Sidharth is leaving where Gehna shouts for Anant. Gehna falls down where two women hold Gehna and said that she stole her stuff. Gehna shouts for help where Sidharth said that how dare he touch his car. The woman asks Gehna to give her stuff back where Gehna said that the other girl stole her stuff and asks them go follow her. The woman throws Gehna where Gehna gets faint. Sidharth takes Gehna with him.
Parish told Praful that the police are finding Gehna where Baa feels that Gehna and Anant will come back together. Siddharth comes home where everyone gets Shocked to see Anant. Kanak gets tensed and shocked. Baa thanks to God. Everyone gets happy to see him where Sidharth makes fun of them and said that Anant misses you so much where he starts laughing and said that they are so dramatic where he said to Baa that she is older and asks her to take rest and said that he hates that someone touches him. Sidharth asks not to overreact. Kanak asks not to do drama where everyone gets Shocked to see him like this.
Sidharth asks Krishna about what is happening here. He said that is why they are doing this. Baa said that she will show his picture where Sidharth leaves from there. Baa gets emotional where Sidharth leaves from there. Kanak thinks about who is he and why did he do this. Sidharth asks them to take care of Gehna and said that she needs treatment and misbehaves with Baa. Baa gets broken where Praful asks her to stay strong and asks her to believe that it is their destiny. Everyone stops Baa and Kanak decides to find out the truth.
