At the beginning of the episode, Samrat is driving the kids in a van. The kids tell him to go home and one kid Virat asks him to go to the ground. They stop at a red light. Virat and Sai’s car also stops at the same red light. Virat feels someone called him and gets out of the car to see. He is about to see him when the signal turns green and he has to go back to his car. Sai tells him that no one knows him here and he must have heard wrong. Pakhi is emotional and Bhavani and others console her. Bhavani tells her that she is strong and the family needs her. Mansi starts crying thinking of Samrat. Bhavani consoles Mansi too and says Samrat will soon come back.
Virat wonders if Sai will like his surprise or will she be angry. Sai says she cannot pretend for too long to be his good wife so they must come back soon after meeting his colleagues. When they reach the venue, nobody is there. Virat says they will meet people who they already know. Sunny and Mohit come and say surprise. Sai says Virat bored her so it is good that they come. She asks Mohit why he didn’t bring Karishma. Mohit says it is because Karishma would have told everyone in the house.
Sai asks where his colleagues are. Virat says all her answers are behind this curtain. Sai opens the curtain and it is a cake there with their pictures on the wall. Sai is shocked. They all wish her happy anniversary. Virat asks her how she liked this surprise. Sai understands that Virat’s official trip was all a lie.
She screams at Virat that they are not really married and their marriage is just a deal. Virat tries to tell her that times have changed and it is a fact that they are married and that is why he wanted to celebrate their anniversary. Sai says he did not give her a surprise but a shock and she would never have come if she knew the truth. Sunny says it was all his idea and Virat did this just to make her happy. Sai says Virat still carried out the idea himself and their relationship was made by force. She says he was in this marriage just as a responsibility, so why all this drama now.
Virat says all this is not a drama and these are memories of their times together. He says their marriage might have started on a bad note but he wants her with him. He asks why she is angry now when she was happy with his birthday surprise. Sai says because her birthday was real but their marriage is not real. She says they are together only till she became a doctor and their paths will separate once she becomes independent,
Mohit says Virat’s intention was to make Sai happy. He says times have changed since their marriage. Sai says people don’t change with time and she promised Virat something and she never goes back on her words. She says what is the point of celebrating a fake relationship.
Upcoming Story: Virat gets emotional after knowing that Samart is back. Sai says we will go there. Virat says that we will ensure that my brother is there or not.
