At the beginning of the episode, Pankaj and Chetan are trying to cook. Pankaj said that in just 5 minutes she starts shouting. Chetan says that he knows her so much then how he can’t catch her. Gehna comes to take tea. Pankaj taunts Kanak. Kanak asks him not to taunt her and asks him to focus on work. Jigna says that she will sell this house. Everyone gets Shocked. Hema asks Gehna that she promised to bring her house back and shouts at her. Paresh said that he can’t afford to lose this house.
Jigna said that she is getting irritated with the Desai’s and asks her to sell this house. Kanak gets a call from the builder where he said that he wants to buy the house. Kanak refused to sell the house and ask the owner to come and meet her first. The builder told Gehna and Anant that she wants to meet the buyer. Anant and Gehna decide to do something big.
Hema taunts everyone where Hiral asks them to come to Sapan’s house. Hema said that the house is small. Hiral and Hema start arguing with each other. Paresh asks them to stay together in a tough situation. Hema leaves from there.
Kanak comes outside to meet them. Kanak asks about the proof where Anant shows his proof. Kanak asks him to say. Anant asks Kanak that he wanted to buy this house. Kanak said that she doesn’t want to sell this house. Gehna said that she will give her more money and asks her to say that how much she wants. Anant sees the house and puts a proposal that how much he will give to her. Jigna gets happy and asks her to sit. Praful asks Anant not to sit on the couch. Praful asks her that she can’t sell this house. Anant said that the deal is done, but Kanak said that she wants to see their office. Anant and Gehna get agree to show them the office and leaves from there.
Paresh request Kanak not to sell this house. Kanak misbehaves with Paresh and asks him to shut up. Kanak said that they are talking too much and asks them not to interfere. Jigna asks Kanak that why she doesn’t accept the proposal. Kanak said that she wants to check everything before selling this house. Anant and Gehna come outside where Anant says that Kanak doesn’t get ready easily. Gehna looks on.
