This week, Virat takes Sai out to teach her driving. Pakhi sees that Sai is not at home and instigates Bhawani. Virat compliments Sai for doing well. Sai gets excited and hugs him. Sonali sees them and clicks their photo. She shows the photo to everyone. Bhawani says they are embarrassing the family. Sonly and Pakhi instigate further. Sai gets furious and says Pakhi calls her husband out to meet and cries on his shoulder in front of the world but she has objection if she hugs her own husband. Samrat says Sai and Virat are a married couple and Sonali was wrong to capture their personal moments and show it to others.
Ashwini tries to convince Bhawani to let Sai and Virat live in separate rooms for some more time, but Bhawani refuses. Samrat asks Pakhi what she was doing outside Virat’s room. Pakhi says he is free to doubt her because of Sai and goes. Samrat stops her and tells her that he trusts her. She hugs him. Virat consoles Sai and says previous generation has a way of life and they cannot change it overnight. Virat cleans his room before Sai shifts and puts pillows on the bed as before. Sai packs her stuff to move back.
Sai and Virat get ready. Virat wishes Sai changes her opinion about him too and they become a real couple soon. They compliment each other for looking good. Virat and Sai wish happy Diwali to Bhawani and she says next Diwali be actually happy when they have a baby. Ashwini makes panipuri and everyone feeds each other. Sunny gives Virat and Sai Diwali gifts. They open gifts and it has their framed funny pictures. Virat tells Sunny that he does not want to lose this friendship in hope of something more. DIG comes home to wish them all. He tells Sai everything that happened during her accident and says Virat cares for her a lot. DIG speaks with Virat too.
She goes in Virat’s room and is shocked to see Virat dressed up in police uniform. Virat tells that he has to leave for a mission immediately. They go down together. Virat tells everyone that DIG came to tell this and he is leading the team for mission. Ashwini is worried about him. Virat tells that earlier whenever they were in danger, they were fighting. He says their friendship and compatibility is like never before and Sai was shifting to his room by herself. He takes all elder’s blessings. Sai brings AARTI THALI and tells Bhawani to do VIJAY AARTI and also give him RAKSHA thread.
Bhawani says she will not do AARTI, but Sai will do. Sai does AARTI with trembling hands. Bhawani rebukes her for being weak. She tells her to be strong as an IPS officer’s wife. Sai thinks she cannot be weak and puts Virat’s cap and does AARTI. Virat tells her not to be scared, as their friendship will protect him. Sai hugs Virat emotionally and gives him tiffin for the way. Virat leaves. Everyone prays for him and do Diwali puja. Sai unpacks her stuff in Virat’s room and thinks of him. They read each other’s notes. Pakhi comes to Sai’s room and asks if she is missing Virat.
Pakhi warns Sai not to trust Virat’s promises as he promised her also that he will always remain her friend and soon there will be a third person in their relationship. DIG tells Virat that they must catch a dreaded terrorist and his gang and that is none other than his college friend, Sadanand. Sai imagines she is talking to her father and says she can not understand why Pakhi said all that to her. Her father helps her understand Virat’s point of view. Virat and Sai miss each other. Sai thinks she will fix everything once he comes back. Virat thinks he hopes everything will be alright when he is back.
