At the beginning of the episode, Karan thinks that Sonakshi is Preeta and he hugs her from behind. Sonakahi turns around and Karan gets shocked seeing her. She wants to know why he comes close to her. He replies that he thought that she is Preeta and thus hugged her. He apologies to her and went away from there. While Sonakshi is happy and says that she wants to come more closer to her on the occasion of Diwali. Later Karan saw Preeta in a different outfit. He gets unhappy. Preeta notices that he is upset. She wonders why is he upset when she wore the outfit he has given to her.
Meanwhile, Sonakshi gets happy as Karan is upset by Preeta. She adds that Preeta is wearing a white colour dress and Karan doesn’t like this colour. Preeta is about to go near the Karan but Sonakshi stops her. She asks her how’s is she looking? Preeta praises her. Karan gets even more upset. Sonakahi thanks her for giving this dress to her. Preeta stands shocked and Karan too. He leaves from there in anger. While Preeta tells her that she didn’t give this dress to her. Sonakahi says okay. On the other hand, Pihu wants to play with firecrackers. Rishab and Karan ask her not to play alone as she is a small kid. She says that she is not a little girl anymore. Kritika comes there. Pihu tells her that Rishabh and Karan are calling her a small kid. Kritika says that Pihu is a big girl. Later Preeta comes there. She notices sadness on Kritika’s face. Preeta consoles her. Kritika feels bad because due to her Prithvi entered the house. Preeta tries to make her understand that she did nothing wrong.
Rishabh feels that it is his fault because he didn’t stop the marriage. Karan too feels the same. Preeta says that they shouldn’t talk about it on the occasion of Diwali. She Kritika to forget everything and be happy. Kritika says yes. Later Srishti comes there and they performed Diwali pooja. Sonakshi tries to get close to Karan but Preeta asks her to stay away. Sonakahi gets sad. She says that soon she will teach her a lesson. While Pihu tells Srishti and Sameer that she asks God to give her a sister.
Srishti and Sameer smile. They say that God will fulfil her wish. Sonakahi hears this. She gets angry and adds that she will ruin Preeta’s happiness. On the other day, Preeta goes to Karan and asks him what happens to him. He seems unhappy. She asks why he doesn’t give any compliments to him. He says that she is looking good. Sonakshi goes to Pihu. She asks her not to change the dress. She gives her firecrackers too. While Kritika is looking upset. Kareena gets sad seeing her daughter unhappy. She thinks that soon happiness will arrive at her. Karan and Rishabh feel the same. They console her.
