At the beginning of the episode, Sarla is cooking Puri and halwa for Preeta. she says that she come back after two years. Srishti comes and tells Sarla that dadi is fighting with newspaper boy. Sarla says it’s okay that isn’t a fight. She says that today she has made something special for preeta. Janki says that preeta is looking so thin. She says that she didn’t ate properly in the last two years. Srishti says there’s nothing like that, she looks exactly the same she used to look 2 years ago. Sarla ask Srishti to go and check what preeta is doing?
Srishti goes to her room. She says to Preeta that she thought she might be sleeping. Preeta says that she is getting late for the clinic. She tells her that she missed her so much. Srishti ask her to not lie. Preeta says that she is feeling nervous after coming back to this city. She says that she feels like what if she have to face Luthra’s again. Srishti says that this city doesn’t belongs to Luthra’s. She says that this is their city also. She tells her that because of Luthra’s she don’t need to worry.
Then sarla comes to her and tells her that she is very happy after seeing her back after 2 years. She tells her that she left everything two years ago that hurt her. She says that forgot lots of things soon she will forget everything. She says that soon she will become her charming and happy preeta again. Preeta says that they will live here together and happy. Then Preeta ask her about Luthra’s. Sarla says that she don’t have any connection with them. She says that they hurt her so obviously they are also not happy.
Then she feeds halwa to her. While Preeta is Leaving she feeds her curd and sugar. Sarla ask her to come back home early as today they will eat dinner together. On the way Preeta says to herself that she is feeling nervous. She says that what if things which she left 2 years ago come back in front of her. She helps some people while going to her clinic. She says that if she didn’t get transferred here then she never came back here. She says that she is getting a feeling that something is going to happen in her life.
