At the beginning of the episode, Rakhi wants to perform Sherlyn’s baby shower ceremony and asks Preeta to invite Sarla to the function as well. Preeta replies yes to this. There Sarla’s head is hurting a lot. She feels that her pain will be cured in no time. But since her health has been deteriorating for a long time, Srishti feels that she should go to Dr, She insists to Sarla that she should visit Dr.
Sarla disagrees and she tells Srishti that they don’t need to go to Doctor. Srishti still insists and later Sarla agrees to go to Doctor. Sherlyn is feeling strange there. She is feeling strange during her pregnancy so she thinks she should go to the hospital. She too takes an appointment at the same hospital where Sarla is about to go.
Sarla and Srishti reach the hospital. When Sarla is feeling dizzy, Srishti takes care of her. Then they meet Dr Khanna. Preeta also comes there. She is worried about Sarla so she asks Dr. Khanna to check soon if her mother is alright or not. After this, Sherlyn also comes to the same hospital. She is with Prithvi. Sherlyn goes to the receptionist and she tells Sherlyn that she needs to get a checkup done by a another doctor today as her Dr is not available.
Sherlyn is ready for this. The receptionist sends her to Dr. Roshni. Sherlyn thinks that this is the same Roshni who was Prithvi dating earlier. After this Prithvi and Sherlyn and Preeta and Srishti pass in front of each other but cannot see each other. Prithvi tells Sherlyn that he wants to talk to someone on call, then she should go to Dr alone.
Sherlyn enters Dr’s cabin and is shocked to learn that it is Roshni who is Prithvi’s ex-girlfriend. Roshni shares old things with Sherlyn. She talks about Prithavi while Sherlyn wants to annoy Roshni so she brings Prithvi to the cabin. Prithvi talks to her well, due to which Sherlyn gets annoyed. She starts taunting Roshni. Prithvi tries to pacify her.
But Sherlyn does not calm down and tells Roshni that Prithvi is fighting with her because of her. Prithvi assures Sherlyn that he does not like Roshni at all. He pacifies her. She gets silent. While Preeta and Srishti are listening to them. After that, they close the door and leave from there. Prithvi hears the sound of the door closing. He gets scared.
