At the beginning of the episode, Prithvi stands shocked after hearing the door’s clicking sound. He gets nervous. Compounder comes to Preeta and says that her mother’s tests are done. She and Srishti leave from there. Shrelyn is still creating a mess and rapidly insults and taunts Roshani. She says to her that Roshni is jealous of her because Prithvi is still with her and she is going to become a mother of his child. Roshni gets upsets with her talks and asks her to grow up.
Shrelyn just doesn’t want to stop and wants to if Roshni is burning from inside seeing her with Prithvi. Roshni tries to make her understand that she doesn’t want to talk on this matter and Sherlyn should get her checkup done with another doctor as she feels that Sherlyn doesn’t like her vibes. Shrelyn adds that she knows that she is simmering which is why she is asking her to meet another doctor. Shrelyn leaves after saying this. Roshni stands shocked by her strange behaviour.
On the other hand, Preeta comes to Sarla and wants to know how’s she is feeling. Sarla says that she is fine, should we leave. Srishti asks her to stay here for some time as they will leave once they get her report. Sarla says to her that she wants to leave as she wants to complete her pending work. To which Preeta replies that she can go. Sarla mumbles to Srishti that she will teach her a good lesson. Srishti gets sacred.
Then Preeta says to Srishti that we should meet Roshni now. On the other hand, Sherlyn is still taunted Roshni. She asks Prithvi to get another Dr for Sherlyn as she is so insecure. Shrelyn leaves in anger. Roshni says to him that she has no feelings for her. Prithvi adds he doesn’t need her as he already has three girls. Roshni stands shocked.
Later, Preeta and Srishti saw Sherlyn with Prithvi and get to know that Prithvi came here as Sherlyn’s husband. Preeta goes to Roshni and asks her to help her. Because Sherlyn is cheating on her husband. Roshni says but she loves Prithvi a lot. Preeta tells her that Prithvi is not her husband but Rishabh is her husband. Roshni is all set to help them. Rakhi buys so much jewellery for Sherlyn. She gets happy seeing all this. Rakhi tells Sherlyn that she brought Karan home which made her so glad that is why she is giving her so many gifts. Mahira gets annoyed seeing Rakhi with Sherlyn.
