At the beginning of the episode, Sherlyn tells Kareena that she told her if it turned out to be false that Preeta was not pregnant. Then no one will be worse than her. That’s why she has brought proof today. She adds that when she called Sarla here she scolded her but she was thinking only of Preeta. Preeta is in mental trouble so she calls Sarla. But they scolded her a lot. Rakhi thinks that Sherlyn is lying. So she slaps her.
Dadi tells Kareena that what Rakhi has done today. Kareena should have done that work. So that Sherlyn’s courage does not grow so much. She also explains that Sherlyn herself could not become a mother so she blamed Preeta so much. Sherlyn asserts that she is not lying. Karan and Preeta are in their room. Karan feels that he should talk to Sherlyn. Just then Kritika comes there and asks Preeta and Karan to come downstairs.
Kareena asks Preeta why she told such a big lie. Dadi also scolds Preeta for not telling them the truth. Karan tries to convince Dadi that it was not Preeta’s fault. Dadi says that he is only worried about his wife but he is not worried about her mother who is sitting so disappointed. Kareena adds that when she came to know that Preeta was about to become a mother, she started liking Preeta. But Preeta broke her trust.
She screams how dare she does that. Karan wants to say something in favour of Preeta but Dadi stops him. She says that even Karan has cheated on her. He was so good earlier because he spoke the truth but now he has become like Preeta. Mahesh comes and asks what is going on here. Sherlyn tells that Preeta is not pregnant and can never become a mother. Karan gets angry.
He scolds Sherlyn. He says that Sherlyn knows what it is like to lose a child, yet she is doing such things. Kareena tells Karan to keep quiet as it is his fault. Karan says that Preeta and he were about to tell this to everyone but waiting for the right time. Kareena adds that she wants a break from Preeta so she should leave this house for a few days. Karan refuses.
Kareena and Dadi order Preeta to leave Luthra house. However, Rakhi is standing with Preeta. She says that some people will not understand Preeta. She reveals to everyone that Preeta was in trouble because she is not going to be a mother. She did not tell them this truth because they were in Lonavala at that time. Preeta did not want to take away their happiness from them, so she did not say anything. She asks them to take note of what Preeta did for them. She also appreciates Karan for being a supportive husband.
