At the beginning of the episode, Mahesh asks Dadi to remove the evil eye from Sherlyn as she is about to become a mother. Dadi wants Rishabh to take away the evil eye from Sherlyn. Rishabh tells that he does not know how to do all this. Kareena explains to him that it is quite easy to do. She adds that Rishabh should do this work. Rishabh goes to Sherlyn and asks her how she is. Sherlyn informs him that she is fine and wants to know from him how he is. Rishabh says he is fine too.
Karan gets surprised seeing Rishabh ahead. He happily comes to him and hugs him. He wants to know from him that when did he come here. Rishabh says that he was so eager to meet his brother that he told Pilate that he would make him soon reach his brother. Karan laughs hearing this. After this Karan Prithvi and Mahesh go to Rishabh’s room. Srishti wonders if Preeta has told everything to Sherlyn yet.
Preeta thinks that jealousy and anger are now going to ruin Sherlyn. She is sure that now Sherlyn will go to Prithvi and question him. Sherlyn’s mother asks her if she is fine. Sherlyn says that she has some work so she will come in a while. She gets up from there and goes to Prithvi and asks him why he told her truth to Preeta. Srishti asks Preeta if she has done their work. Preeta says yes and tells that she has fitted the camera in her necklace. And now soon she will show the live telecast to everyone.
Prithvi tells Sherlyn that he has not told anything to anyone. Sherlyn says that Preeta has told her everything that how he is crazy after her. She adds that Preeta has also told her how he is plotting against her. Prithvi tells that Preeta had seen them in the hospital so she knows all this. Sherlyn does not believe him. There Srishti is going to show the live telecast to everyone.
Sherlyn’s mother feels that Srishti is doing something against Sherlyn. She asks her what is she doing. Then all of them sees that Sherlyn and Prithvi are together in a room. And Prithvi is telling Sherlyn that he can help Sherlyn and he cares for her. Rishabh gets angry and goes towards Prithvi’s room, Rakhi wants to know what is happening. She gets upset and Preeta consoles her. Later Sherlyn feels strange and falls to the ground.
