At the beginning of the episode, Vishal thinks to work as a wedding planner. But Shikha is not happy with his decision, so Vishal drops his idea and says he will only be a musician for Shikha. Shikha gets happy upon this. Preeti makes them to join their hands. Shikha says Vishal that looks how nice Mohi i.e. Preeti is (they still take Preeti as Mohi because of the wrong information). Kusala asks KT to perform Preeti’s antimsanskar ritual. But KT says no to this. Kusala tries to make him understand his words. But KT refuses to hear her. Later they start the namkaran ritual of Preeti’s daughter. KT put Preeti’s photo in front of him. Kusala doesn’t like the idea of him but says nothing. On the other hand, Vishal and others also start the namkaran ritual of their daughter. Their daughter starts crying. Preeti makes her smile. There, KT gives his daughter the name Kirti. While Vishan and Shikha name their daughter Preeti.
Later they are in the temple. Shikha starts feeling dizzy. Vishal thinks to get the pass of a VIP card. He also asks Preeti to bring the parsad. Preeti nods in yes. Shikha says she will bring it here. As Preeti (her daughter need Mohi i.e. Preeti). Ahead she steps out from there. Shikha starts feeling dizzy. Then trucks coming towards her decoration. In a while, a big accident happens. Shikha gets injured due to that. Preeti shouts in shock. On the other hand, Tibrewal thinks that Preeti is dead, so they want to compete for antimsanskar ritual. But KT stops them saying Preeti had promised me that she would not leave me, so I believe she will come back to him. He is in tears.
While Tibrewals are feeling sorry for him. Kusala is more upset seeing the condition of KT who forgets how to smiles and keep crying. While KT says his Preeti will come back to him. There, Shikha thinks that she will not survive. She is worried about her small baby who is still in the hands of Preeti. Shikha looks at Preeti. She asks Preeti to take of her child. Preeto looks on. Shikha says Mohi I don’t have much time please promises me that you will take care of my child. And will give her the pure love of a mother. Preeti somehow manages to understand her point. She says okay I am promising you that I will take care of your child. Preeti gets teary as well. Shikha closes her eyes. Vishal comes there. He gets shocked seeing the condition of Shikha. He asks her to open her eyes but Shikha doesn’t respond. On which Vishal gets upset. He asks Preeti to give his baby back. He even scolds Preeti. Preeti says I promise Shikha that will take care of the baby.
