Happy to have come a long way, Tushar reveals their plan of starting a record label soon.

“I started my Journey during my college Days. I used to manage small events and organise birthday parties and weddings in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. While working with many clients in Gujarat, I got many requests to book celebrities and artists. Then my sister Puja and I decided to start a celebrity management film and after a while we did our first project with Benny Dayal. We hosted a live concert in Ahmedabad and then Mika singh live happened. After finishing my education, I moved to Mumbai and started full-fledged work with our brand ‘Pearl’,” Tushar gives us a sneak peek on his journey so far.

Pearl Talent Management has produced a digital rap hunt show ‘Asli Rapstar’ that had an unique concept during the first lockdown when everyone was coupled up in their homes.

“Asli Rapstar went viral and we got contestants from all over the world participating. After that we started producing music videos. Till now we have backed more than ten music videos and are working on a few more,” he adds.

The company’s latest project was shot in Ladakh and they are planning to release the song sometime this month. On his future plans, Tushar shares, “We are starting our record label and plan to release music videos back-to-back with talented singers and rappers. The team is working on it to make sure things fall into place. Looking forward we want to produce movie albums, movies and web series too. That’s sort of the target we have in the next five years.”
