Who’s the biggest fan? Celebs share fan compliments and messages they have received on social media

Fan love and appreciation mean the world to actors. There are instances when fans reach out to their favourite stars through social media to share their feedback about their work, look and comment. They also write messages voicing their liking. Every celebrity encounters this experience in today’s time. Here’s what some has to say about the recent fan compliments or messages they have received on social media:

Delnaaz Irani
I have a humongous number of DMs coming in everyday. Show after show people keep messaging me about my character, what they love about it and also keep doing photo edits of the role, playing around with different looks. One of my oldest fans, who has been by my side since 2012 or 2013 when I was doing the show Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Jara, calls me Dilz after my character in the show, which was Dilshaad. From that show till now, she has been sending me messages, and now DMs both on Instagram and Twitter. It’s beautiful to have a fan like her, I’ve never met her but she sends me flowers as well. She even watched my stage performances. Her name is Anjee. She has been my constant supporter and I hope to meet her soon.

I get compliments often and that makes me feel special. I have a fan whose name is Hina Rani. She says a lot of nice things to me. In fact I’ve shared a few posts made by her on my page. So many fans follow me but the best compliment I’ve received is that my smile is very nice and also one more thing that Hina said, ‘aapke baal bahut sundar hai’. I don’t wear wigs, it’s always natural so many times people ask me, ‘sach mein aapke natural hair hain?’ and I have heard a lot of nice things about my hair. In fact someone even said, ‘aapke baal hume dedo hum wig banayenge’ (laughs). I am grateful to all my fans.

Touchwood I have been very lucky in this case. I’ve always received good reactions from fans and even now they are very kind to me. Last year, I did a show for ZEE 5 and my character was called JD. It was a Punjabi series. One of these days, I went to Gurudwara wearing a mask and glares and my face was hardly visible but people still recognised me and told me ‘JD paaji humne aapko pehchan liya’. When I asked them how they recognised me, they said that they noticed my tattoo and my man bun. So these little things are always sweet. But now people are calling me Kundan (from Ziddi Dil Maane Na) even in the gym. Guys come and tell me that their mother’s or girlfriends watch the show, touchwood. I feel happy and grateful.

Well there are compliments aplenty. I have only gratitude for all the love that fans shower on me. Appreciation for work definitely is closest to my heart. That also helps me heal and cure my clients in my spiritual world. For sure it warms my heart. But I am kind of speechless when some fans think and say I’m god to them. I just don’t know how to react to it. I only have gratitude and love.

Vaishalee Thakkar

I recently received messages from a few fans after watching me on saath nibhana saathiya, saying “You should work more, Miss watching you”, and it was really sweet and motivated me more.

Getting compliments on glamorous photoshopped pics and videos is very common. I get that alot and it’s flattering but what surprised me is when they check on me out of concern when I don’t post anything  on the gram and they just want me to be thr always.. who wants million followers when you have gained few well wishers who truly genuinely care for you at human level. It’s overwhelming for me to receive so much love and it motivates me to not just post any content but real, knowledgeable and meaningful content that could help everyone. In a world full of irresponsible influencers and their blind followers I have managed to have some genuine and intelligent wellwishers who’re looking for intelligent , real and healthy content .
