In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu in the hospital all of a sudden falls down and feels uneasy and thinks to himself why he is having these feelings. Akshu is brought to Birla hospital and is taken to the ICU. The nurse and junior doctors discuss that they need supervision of a senior doctor, a nurse says that she saw Abhimanyu on her way who’s schedule is free. The junior doctor goes to call him and says to him that there has been a fatal accident and the patient is critical. He enters the ICU and is stunned to see Akshh on the bed and the nurse cleaning her hand with his face on it. Meanwhile, Mahima asks Arohi why she didn’t put mehendi and is here for the surgery. She says to her that she didn’t want to lose the opportunity. Arohi thinks to herself how she will handle Akshu once she returns home.
The junior doctor says to Abhimanyu that it’s great that he is here as the patient’s situation is critical. Akshu stops breathing, he rushes beside her and says to her that he knows that he said too much today but he didn’t mean a word he said. He asks her to breathe or he won’t speak to her. She starts breathing. The junior doctor asks him to start operating but he just sits there holding her hand.
The junior doctor asks the nurse to go and call Anand or Mahima. The nurse tells Mahima that Arohi’s sister Akshu is in critical condition in the ICU. She tells her that Abhimanyu has freezed. Mahima asks Arohi to not come along to the ICU and inform the family. She goes to the ICU and sees Abhimanyu not performing the surgery; she says to him that he has to perform the surgery to save Akshara . He says it’s Akshu and he can’t treat her. Mahima asks him if he loves Akshu, then he has to treat her like any ordinary patient as he is the best doctor who could save her.
Arohi struggles to call the family. Anand and Harshwardhan arrive and tell her that they heard about Akshara and came there. Anand asks Arohi if she was able to reach her family. She starts crying and Anand consoles her and says to her to keep trying to call her family. Anand and Harshwardhan see the footage of the surgery. Anand says to him that Abhimanyu gets affected by Akshu’s health and if Arohi saw this she would be hurt.
Abhimanyu performs the surgery and keeps making conversations with her. The junior doctor comes with the scans and Mahima asks him to read it out loud. He says that there has been excessive bleeding and her vocal cord is in compromisable.
Upcoming- Arohi sees the surgery on the phone and becomes quiet. Manish and Kairav ask her what happened that she is quiet. Abhimanyu in the operation theater sits in a corner in tears looking towards Akshu.
