At the beginning of the episode, Suvarna comforts Sirat and tells her that she should explain to Kartik that in a relationship they need to have communication. She tells Sirat that she sees herself in her as she also came to the family when Kartik had two kids. Suvarna says to her that every responsibility that a woman has towards her family is once forgiven but not a stepmother who gets mistaken for her love towards her kids. She says to Sirat that she is saying all of these do not make her worry about the future but she is saying it because she wants her to be prepared for what comes in the future.
Sirat in her room is overwhelmed by the thought of giving up her child, she thinks that she cannot be like Suvarna who gave up her own child. She then says if she really doesn’t love Kairav and Akshu after her own child comes. Kartik in his office while taking out his laptop for presentation drops a paper and picks it up and sees Sirat is pregnant. He rushes home and on his way speaks to the doctor who checked Sirat.
Suhasini asks Sirat to make bhog for visarjan with Gayu’s help. While cooking she feels unwell and leaves the kitchen and Gayu goes to attend to Vatsal who’s crying. Sirat crosses Kairav’s room and hears Kairav and Vansh talk, she stands outside to hear their conversation. Kairav says to Vansh that if they have one more baby in their family they can become a basketball team. Vansh says to her that if Sirat has a baby then it can happen. Kairav says he has a wishing bone they can pray to. Both Kairav and Vansh pray for a new baby in their family.
Sirat says to herself that she was thinking everything from the wrong perspective as Kairav is so happy thinking about a new baby in the family. She says to herself that she needs to share the news with Kartik as he would be very happy. She molds a baby and writes a letter to Kartik. She imagines that Kartik and Kairav hearing this news hug her and are very happy. She gets a call from the hospital telling her that she needs to come there for some tests to be run. She rushes.
Kartik arrives home and Manish and Akhilesh are right behind his car. Kartik goes inside the house and Surekha tells him that Sirat left the bhog cooking in the kitchen and went somewhere without informing. Kartik defends her. Manish asks Kartik to tell everyone what Sirat did, Kartik tells everyone that Sirat is pregnant. Suhasini and Suvarna say that Sirat maybe could not handle the smell so she left. Surekha says that she thinks that Sirat loves boxing more than anything so she feels that Sirat will give up the baby.
Kartik goes to his room and reads the letter and calls Sirat’s phone, there the nurse picks up and says that Sirat is under the procedure and switches the phone off. Kartik thinks that what Surekha said is true. Kartik comes down from his room and Sirat is already in the hall. Sirat goes towards Kartik to hug him, he stops her midway and asks her if his baby is alive. She says there was never a baby in her and has tears in her eyes. Kartik asks her to stop lying as he saw the report.
Upcoming- Manish tells Sirat how she could lie on their face about the baby when they have seen the report. He asks her where she gets the audacity to do so.
