In the beginning of the episode, Sirat goes towards Kartik to hug him, he stops her midway and asks her if his baby is alive. She says there was never a baby in her and has tears in her eyes. Kartik asks her to stop lying as he saw the report. Sirat tells everyone that the doctor ran some tests and told her that it was a false pregnancy and all of her symptoms were a play of her mind. Manish tells Sirat how she could lie on their face about the baby when they have seen the report. He asks her where she gets the audacity to do so. She says she is not lying. Manish says that then why did she write the letter, Kartik forwards the letter to him. She reads the letter and tells him that there is a second part of the letter in the room, she takes Kartik with her to their room.
Sirat in their room gives the molded baby to Kartik. Surekha says that it looks like Akshu’s toy, Sirat says that Akshu doesn’t have any clay toys. Kartik when fells the mold his face softens and asks her why he didn’t see it before, Sirat tells him that he was furious so he saw what he wanted to. Then she looks under the sofa and finds another part of the letter. Kartik apologizes to her for doubting her intention. Sirat also apologizes to him as she says that she once thought about giving up the baby after hearing everyone’s opinion about being a stepmother. Suhasini says to Sirat that she believes that if Ganesh ji has given hope soon it will become a truth and Sirat will have a child. Kartik says when that happens she should tell the whole family without worrying about the reaction as they all will be happy.
Everyone gathers in the hall for the last aarti before the visarjan. Kartik and Sirat do the arti and then carry the statue of Ganpati Ji outside the house for Visarjan. Suhasini, Suvarna, and Gayu pray to Ganesh ji to bless Sirat with a baby. Sirat faints and Kartik saves her. Suhasini says that he needs to take Sirat to the doctor as she feels that she is pregnant. Sirat says that she hasn’t eaten since morning, Kartik says whatever it is they need to get it checked.
At the clinic, Kartik and Sirat are sitting and he asks her why she is so anxious. Sirat says to him that she doesn’t want them to become hopeful again and it is shattered. The doctor comes and says that she has checked the vitals and they are fine, she says she also wants to do an ultrasound for confirmation. While the ultrasound, Kartik hears a familiar beep and says that Sirat is pregnant and the doctor also confirms the news and says it happens very commonly the pregnancy doesn’t show in the early stages. Kartik and Sirat return home and give the news to everyone.
Upcoming- everyone dances around Sirat and celebrates her news. Sirat is getting ready in her room and Akshu is about to fall from her crate.
