In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu asks the Inspector what they have found about the accident and the person responsible. Inspector says that they need to first question the family members to see if they can find some new information. Akshu says that they will all cooperate with the police. The inspector asks Akshu about her relationship with Manjuri, Akshu says Manjuri is her mother as Abhimanyu is her fiance. Meanwhile, Suhasini says to Akhilesh that she is worried Manjuri ’s accident will bring more problems in the family, Akhilesh and Suvarna calm Suhasini. Parth comes outside and says to Abhimanyu that Anand and Mahima need his help to perform the further surgery.
Anand and Mahima come outside and Akahu gets nervous. Akshu runs towards the operation theater, she changes into the gown. When she enters, she sees Abhimanyu sitting beside Manjuri’s bed. She calls out Abhimanyu’s name, he says to her that God answered their prayers and Manjuri is out of danger. Anand says to the family that Manjuri is under observation and that the danger isn’t over.
Abhimanyu gets emotional and says that he will kill the person responsible for the accident, Arohi gets anxious and leaves. Mahima tells the family to rest and she will stay with Manjuri. Abhimanyu says to her that he’ll be the one who stays back. Akshu looks for Arohi and calls her. Arohi says to Akshu that she is going home with Manish’s driver, Akshu asks her to wait as she will accompany her. Arohi says to her that she can come with Kairav in the next car and disconnects the call.
Akshu comes to Abhimanyu’s cabin while he was changing, she says she is sorry for not knocking. He says it’s fine as she has the exclusive right to do so. She says to him that she got dal bati for him, she feeds him. She then asks him to let her stay back, ge says as it is already late so she should go back as he will rest. She says she will leave once she goes to sleep, Abhimanyu mumbles in sleep that he won’t spare the culprit.
Suvarna says to the family that they have to postpone the engagement as it cannot happen in this situation where Manjuri is not well. Akhilesh says that she is right and they should inform the Birla’s. Suvarna says the person who did the accident would really pay. Manish and Akshu return, Akshu says to Akhilesh to inform the Birla’s. Manish says that what has happened is that everything is going south in his daughter’s wedding.
Arohi after Akshu goes to sleep, leaves the house. She arrives at the accident location and says to herself that once she should look around as it could be possible that the accident happened by some other car, she sees the hay fallen and says to herself that it was her car and remembers Abhimanyu’s warning.

Abhimanyu says that it could be possible that Arohi is responsible and Akshu tells him to stop doubting Arohi.
