In last week’s episodes, Abhimanyu talks to the spy and asks him what he has found about the accident. The Spy says to him that he checked all the footage and has not found anything. Abhimanyu stands in front of the window and sees Arohi and Akshu. He remembers Akshu telling him about the accident she and Arohi got into. Abhimanyu says to her that she will not do the fast alone and he will accompany her. Abhimanyu calls Manjuri, and she cooks and feels like fainting. Akshu cooks the kheer and smoothes things.
Akshu reaches home and the family tells her to tell Abhimanyu that tomorrow is their pre-wedding photoshoot. Abhimanyu at night after his duty calls Akshu, she tells him to prepare for the tomorrow as she wants to do the photo shoot. Abhimanyu assigns Arohi a kid to take care of. The kid looks at her and she asks him why he is looking at her. He says to her that he and his mother saw her when they were going to get hay for the cow, in the car. Arohi gets nervous as Abhimanyu is standing outside the ward.
Abhimanyu finishes his shift and comes to look for Akshu In the music room. Akshu and Abhimanyu’s photo shoot is done, and then a family photo gets clicked. The kid comes to the photo shoot of Abhimanyu and Akshu, and says to him that he is here as promised. She introduces her family to him, and he asks her if the doctor girl is his sister. She says yes and he tells her that he saw her at the accident site looking for something. Akshu confronts Arohi.
Akshu asks Arohi if there was any connection between theirs and Manjuri’s accident. Akshu looks at her with shock Arohi says to her to not look at her like that as it was just an accident and nobody died, Akshu slaps Arohi. Akshu says to Arohi that she is going to tell Abhimanyu all the truth. Arohi asks her not to spoil everything by telling Abhimanyu. Akshu gets into the car, while Arohi screams from behind to Akshu to stop and not go.
Akshu come to the hospital and Abhimanyu surprises her with confetti. He brings Akshu to the center and says that before falling foe Akshu fell for her voice. He says that he never thought there could be something as music therapy, but now he has first hand experience. He tells her that he is not just opening the music department for her but all the patients who need her, she thanks him. Manjuri does the inauguration.
Akshu sings, Akshu goes back to the stage and while the song is about to end she falls, Abhimanyu saves her. Abhimanyu says to her why she is so careless when she knows he cannot tolerate something happening to her and Manjuri, he says and Manjuri has just recovered from an accident. Akshu gets an anxiety attack, Abhimanyu holds her and tells her to be careful. She says to him that she wants to talk to him and doesn’t deserve his love, and Arohi falls unconscious.
