At the beginning of the episode, Kartik requests the inspector to let him speak one last time to Sirat but she refuses and says it’s against the rule. Kartik runs behind the Jeep. Sirat asks him to not follow the Jeep. The inspector stops the Jeep. She asks him if he wants to die. He says he wants to save a life. He tells Sirat that she got the bail. The media ask him how did he get the bail for Sirat, Kartik holds Sirat’s hand up and says the truth prevails. The inspector brings them both back to the station and makes Kartik sign the bail papers. Kartik tells Sirat that she belongs in the boxing ring and not the jail and she has to fulfill both Maudi and Ranveer’s dreams. The media follows them to the car and questions him about their affair. He tries to ignore them. Aradhana says he has to answer to the questions. Kartik tells them Ranveer died because of lead poisoning and he and Sirat are just friends.
Kartik takes Sirat to flow Maudi’s ashes in the river. He tells her that he knows that Maudi and her connect emotionally. Sirat flows the ashes and prays that this be the last time they are apart from each other. Kartik tells Sirat that she’ll come with him to his house. Sirat says his family wouldn’t say anything but they are being troubled because of her and she doesn’t want to continue that. Kartik tells her that both Maudi and Ranveer gave her responsibilities in his hands and he is fulfilling his responsibility. In Goenka’s house, Manish says that Kartik can’t bring Sirat to this house. Suhasini says that she trusts Kartik and he will make the right decision of not bringing Sirat here. Surekha says that Kartik cannot take Sirat anywhere else so he will bring her here only. Kartik’s car arrived at the door. Surekha goes outside and tells them that Kartik is here with Sirat. Kartik waits for a second and then takes the car away. Surekha tells the family that Kartik took away somewhere. Manish says that he knows where Kartik is going.
Kartik brings Sirat to a house and tells her that he and Naira bought this house together, to come and live there once in a while but it never happened and now she can live there. Kartik gets a call from Manish. He goes to a corner to speak to him. Manish asks Kartik, that why did he take her to that house. Kartik says that the family didn’t want Sirat at the Goenka house so he thought it would be best that Sirat stayed at this place. Manish says even that house has Goenka’s name on it. He asks him why he is being so headstrong regarding keeping Sirat under the roof. Kartik says that he is headstrong that he will prove Sirat’s innocence and restore the family’s reputation and business back on track. He informs Manish that he has a meeting with the client to revive the contract. Sirat overhears his conversation with Manish. Kartik returns from the call and tells her that he understands this is not easy to do but she needs to try and sleep, forgetting about everything for her health. Kartik then tells Sirat that pain wouldn’t go away but one learns to live with it with time.
When Kartik returns from his meeting and knocks on the door she doesn’t open the door. Kartik tells himself that he only asked serial to go to sleep and he takes out a key from his pocket and opens the door. Kartik looks around for Sirat but doesn’t find her and then he sees a letter in the bedroom. Sirat writes in the letter that since she was young she has taken care of herself but that changed when Kartik walked into her life and Kartik has always been at the giving end of this relationship she has only gained from this. She tells Kartik that she wants to overcome and learn how to live with the pain alone and doesn’t want to be trouble for anyone. She requests Kartik to not look for her as she also doesn’t know where she is going to go.
Upcoming- Kartik is in the police station, he asks the inspector whether he has information about Sirat as she has missed two court hearings. Inspector gets a call from Dalhousie station regarding Sirat. Kartik learns that Sirat is in Dalhousie.
