At the beginning of the episode, Anupama called Vanraj and informed him about the incident. Vanraj arrived at the hospital and handled her. Hospital’s staff gave declaration papers to Anupama for security reasons. Anupama did signature on that. Vanraj called Samar and informed him that Anuj is injured. Samar, Baapuji, Gopi Kaka and Toshu arrived at the hospital. Anupama was crying vigorously, Toshu handled her and asked her to stay calm. Gopi Kaka started crying after watching Anuj in operation theatre. Nurse informed everyone that visiting hours are over now. Gopi Kaka said he will stay in the hospital near Anuj.
Vanraj said he will look after everything and asked Gopi Kaka to go home with Baapuji. Baapuji appreciated Vanraj for his decision. Baapuji and everyone went to home except Anupama and Vanraj. On the other hand, Kavya was calling Vanraj but he didn’t picked up her call. Baa was doing prayer for Anuj. Kavya asked why she is doing prayer for Anuj? Kavya asked why Vanraj went to the hospital? Baa said Vanraj went to meet Anuj because he is injured. Kavya said Vanraj is very egoistic guy and that’s why he can’t go to meet Anuj in the hospital. Pakhi and Kinjal asked Kavya not to judge Vanraj. Kavya said Vanraj was an ambitious guy but now he went to hospital.
Nandini said Vanraj went to support Anupama. Kavya said Vanraj is clever and he went to hospital for his own benefits. Baa asked Kavya not to say rubbish things about Vanraj. Kavya said Vanraj is interested in Anupama that’s he want to take divorce from her. Kinjal shouted at Kavya and asked everyone to go in their rooms. Baapuji and everyone arrived at the home. Kavya asked where is Vanraj? Toshi said Vanraj is there in the hospital for Anuj. Kavya gets angry and thinking that why Vanraj is taking care of Anuj? Toshu and Samar recognized the moments when Anuj supported them.
Pakhi informed Samar and Toshu that Anupama is affected by Anuj’s injury. Samar said Anuj has done so many things for Anupama. Pakhi asked why we have so many problems? Samar said we don’t know ways to live happily and we don’t value what we have. Pakhi and Samar asked Toshu to take care of Kinjal and respect her. On the other hand, Anupama was crying vigorously in the operation theatre. Vanraj understand that Anupama has now feelings for Anuj and he get possessive. Gopi Kaka was crying a lot. Baapuji encouraged Gopi Kaka and asked him to stay calm.
