At the beginning of the episode, Vanraj faces a huge accident. People think that the accident was big, the person who is in the car can’t stay alive after this accident. They call the police. While Anupama asks God to help them. Dolly asks her husband about Vanraj while Lila cries saying she won’t forgive anyone if something bad happens to Vanraj. Hansmuk asks her not to say so. He asks God to stay with them and help his child. Police remove Vanraj from the car. Anupama and Samar arrive there. Anupama is taken aback by seeing Vanraj.
Police check Vanraj’s breath and say he is still alive. Anupama feels nice at least hearing that. A man gives Anupama Vanraj’s phone and Kavya calls her. Anupama didn’t take a look at the phone. Kavya thinks why Vanraj didn’t pick up her call if he went to Anupama after the fight. People take Vanraj to the hospital. Anupama’s palu stuck with Vanraj and she goes along with him.
Pakhi cries. Lila consoles her. She then says all this happened because of Kavya. She cursed her. Hanshmuk asks her not to use such words. Dolly tells Lila about Vanraj. Lila asks if he is fine. She asks Dolly to take her to Vanraj. Pakhi also wants the same but Dolly says they will go later. Hansmuk agrees with it.
There the doctor starts taking care of Vanraj. Anupama thinks about money and other stuff. Sanjay asks her not to worry, he will handle everything. Samar is crying. A man asks him not to cry everything will be fine also a man never cries. Samar says a man cries when a sees their family in pain. Kavya calls Vanraj. Anupama picks it up and tells kavya about Vanraj. Kavya took aback and cries. She blames herself for Vanraj’s condition. She thinks about why she fought with him.
The doctor tells Anupama that Vanraj is now out of danger but they need to do minor surgery on his shoulder. Anupama looks shocked hearing that. The doctor asks her not to worry, it is just a minor surgery, he will soon get fine. The doctor leaves while Anupama cries after recalling the wedding mess. Samar comes to her and hugs her. There, Kavya thinks don’t worry Vanraj soon she will arrive at him.
Lila and other family member arrives at the hospital and ask how is Vanraj. Anupama says he is fine there is no internal injury. Lila asks and what about his heart injury which she gave to him. She blames Anupama and Kavya for his critical surgery. Kavya comes there and asks Anupama while hugging her who’s her Vanraj. Anupama says he is fine. Kavya feels good hearing that. Lila scolds Kavya.
