In the beginning of the episode, Balwinder comes to the party and his friend gets shocked by his transformation. Balwinder says to his friend that none will be able to recognize him in the look and he’ll be able to easily do his job. Meanwhile, Malishka says to Lakshmi as she has heard Rishi tell himself that she is nothing to him so she should move on. Shalu comes there with a glass of water, Malishka tries to take it from her hand but Shalu says that it’s for Lakshmi. Shalu says to Malishka that if she is enjoying then she shouldn’t be standing with them, Malishka says that as Lakshmi said that she is affected by the engagement. She asks Lakshmi to dance with her and says that she also has an outfit for them.
Neelam brings the ring and asks the family where Rishi and Malishka are, Rishi is spotted and Malishka comes dressed with Lakshmi in a lehenga. Neelam asks Malishka why she is dressed, she says that Lakshmi wanted to dance on the occasion and she wanted to join in. Lakshmi and Malishka dance, putting Rishi in the centre. Malishka while dancing is about to get hurt by a nail, Lakshmi saves her and gets her hand hurt. The family asks Malishka how she is and nobody worries for Lakshmi, she goes to her room.
Balwinder follows Lakshmi to her room, and says to his friend that Lakshmi is very beautiful and if he would have been married today how happy he would have been. He is about to knock at her door, but Shalu comes there and asks her to open the door. Lakshmi asks Shalu to give her some time. Shalu sees Ayush in the hallway and stops him, she says to him that he has changed today her sister is alone in the whole house and no one is able to see her pain. She says to Ayush that she started liking her but now she doesn’t.
Malishka’s mother puts ointment on her leg and asks Malishka if she is okay. Rishi says that he has something to do and leaves, Neelam says that Rishi looks worried and Malishka’s mom says it could be because of Lakshmi. Malishka says it’s not possible as Rishi in front of her insulted Lakshmi and told her that he is happy to start his new life. Neelam says then it could be work that has occupied Rishi’s head.
Lakshmi in the room cries and thinks to herself that today no one could see her pain when Malishka wasn’t even hurt. She cries having flashbacks of Rishi taking care of her wounds, and says that this is not her Rishi. Rishi knocks at the door and asks her to give him space, she feels hurt that he has not yet noticed her pain. Rishi then brings the first aid box and treats Lakshmi’s wound, while Malishka stands at their door.
