In the beginning of the episode, Imlie gets in and drives the car very slow. Aryan motivates her and says she has to be better to prove others wrong. Imlie gears the speed and runs the car faster. Meanwhile, Malini goes to Aditya’s room and doesn’t find him there. Nishant says to her who she is looking for, is it Aditya as he has left for work. He says to her that he didn’t tell her before leaving. Ruby comes there and says to Malini that she can pretend in front of someone else as they know that she is constantly creating misunderstandings between Imlie and Aditya. Malini says to her she can’t manipulate anyone’s relationship, she isn’t god. Malini says to Ruby instead of focusing on her focus on her brother. Malini says she very well knows how to handle her brother when he has a hangover.
Imlie drives Aryan’s car and comes to the office. Aryan asks Imlie to bring his bag inside. She says it isn’t her job. Aryan says whatever he asks her to do, is her job. When they enter the office. Imlie’s colleague tells her about the news of an actor’s wedding. Aditya asks them if they know the news about the farmers’ situation. When they don’t answer. He says to them that they are not guests of their boss, so he won’t favour him. Imlie says to herself that Aditya thinks so little of him that he doubts her in everything. Aryan calls Aditya to his office and asks him to interview an actress. Imlie knocks on the door, Aryan lets her in and says to Aditya that Imlie will assist him in the project. Aditya says he does serious journalism and he can’t be pushed down to page 3 of the newspaper. Aryan says it’s his newspaper and he will assign projects that will make a profit for his newspaper. Aditya says to Imlie that she is Aryan’s assistant but on this project, she has to assist him, and if she wants to then she should come with him.
