Kumkum Bhagya is a Hindi TV drama television serial about a star-crossed couple Abhi and Pragya, who are now separated. Ranbeer falls in love with their daughter Prachi, while their other daughter Rhea vies for his attention.
Last week we saw that Abhi Started doing work for Pragya. She is shocked to see him. Gautam gets angry after seeing him. He says he can’t tolerate him. Later, Pragya tells him that she doesn’t want him to be around her. Meanwhile, Ranbir’s grandmother welcomes Prachi and Ranbir with all the rituals. When they take blessings from Vikram, he doesn’t give his blessings to Prachi but Pallavi blessed Prachi. Abhi says that he knows after seeing him her anger disappears and when he touches her, her heart melts.
Pragya comes to know that she can’t fire Abhi because she has signed the contract with him. In the contract, it is written that before firing him from the job they have to give him one-month advance notice and 3 months salary. There Dida wants to give the keys to Prachi but Pallavi wants to give those keys to Rhea. Then Pallavi says that they should wait for one week and the one who will handle the responsibilities of this house best will be given the keys as the elder daughter-in-law of this house. Abhi warns Gautam to stay away from Pragya because he is always with her.
Teji goes to Rhea’s room and tells her that she likes her a lot and she wants her to get those keys and in that she will help her. Meanwhile, Dida goes into Prachi’s room and tells her that she is a very kind-hearted girl. Prachi says that she doesn’t want to compete with Rhea for the keys. She just wants love from this family and also tells her that Now Rhea becomes mature. Pragya got stuck in the lift with Abhi. Abhi somehow gets out of the lift and asks Pragya to hold his hand to get out of this lift.
Pragya refuses to take his help. Abhi tells her that she can show her anger after some time but for now he pleads her to listen to him. Then Pragya gets out of the lift with his help and Abhi got angry on her and says that she won’t need to show her tantrums and ego every time. There Prachi goes to Abhi’s house she is putting money on the table. Abhi sees her he says that now he got to know from where does this extra money come from. He gets angry at her, criticizes her, and says that he will never accept her.
Abhi tells Alia and Tanu that he has started doing a job under Pragya. Gautam is not able to take the business from Pragya, so his father called his elder brother Gaurav to handle the situation. Gaurav tells Pragya that now he is taking place of Gautam for some time. Pragya says that she doesn’t have any problem because all she wants is to get her work done on time. Vikram says that he is feeling restless, Pallavi gets tensed. Pallavi asks Dida where is the prescription of Vikram because today she has to give the 1st dose of medicine to Vikram.
Dida says that she has asked her to give that prescription to Rhea. Rhea has lost the prescription, Pallavi gets angry at her. Then Prachi tells her that Vikram is alright and today he walked more that’s why he is feeling restless. Prachi says that she has given the first dose of medicine already to Vikram. She says that Prachi has given the wrong medicines to Vikram that’s why Vikram is not feeling well. She tells her that she behaved like an illiterate girl. But when she explained to her about the medicines, the Doctor is also on the video call he overhears everything and tells her that she has given the right medicines.
Pallavi blesses her and says that if today Vikram is alright then it is because of her. Prachi is so happy and tells Ranbir about this. Rhea got upset she thinks that Prachi is again doing the same with her which she has done to her in the past. On the other hand, Gautam asks his servant to lock Abhi in Storeroom. He does this so that Abhi can stay away from Pragya and Gaurav can easily take the sign of Pragya on the papers. He also mixed something in Pragya’s coffee.
