At the beginning of the episode, Lawyer Siddhart tells to judge that Karan is innocent, he got emotional when his wife to about to get punishment for that crime she never did and thus he claimed that he was the one who killed Akshay. Then he asks Prisha to come into the witness box. She does the same. She enters the witness box and tells everyone that her husband did nothing wrong, Sherlyn was the one who killed Akshay. Luthra family get shocked.
Kareena asks Preeta what she is saying, at first she said that she assassinated Akshay and now she is claiming that Sherlyn killed Akshay. Judge asks Kareena to calm down and sit comfortably. Judge and wants Preeta to prove that Sherlyn is murdered. Preeta claims that she met a waiter Rohit who saw Sherlyn in the hotel. Lawyer Siddharth wants to call Rohit in the witness box.
In flashback, Preeta and Srishti go to the hotel. They meet a waiter. Preeta says to him that he can save his husband by telling the truth. She adds that when Akshay was killed a woman came here and her name is Sherlyn. She shows him the photo of Sherlyn and asks he has seen her. She adds that his help can save an innocent man. He gets ready to help her. Flashback end. That same man arrives in the court. Shrelyn is shocked to see him.
Rohit stands in the witness box and confides that he saw Sherlyn in the hotel. He collided with her and she even looked so sacred. And even said to him that don’t die like him. Which made it suspicious. Lawyer Siddharth alleges that Akshay died because his head clashed with a table. Shrelyn gets restless and starts shouting at Preeta. Judge asks Preeto to come into the witness box and prove that his husband is innocent. Preeta submits CCTV footage in which it is shown that Sherlyn used to come to the hotel to meet Akshay. Siddharth adds that it is an open and shut case. It is now proven that Sherlyn used to meet Akshay and she is the real culprit.
The judge wants to know if she wants to say something. Preet tells the judge that he should tell the verdict today so that the murderer does not get a second chance. Later Kareena starts scolding Preeta as she believes that Sherlyn is innocent and her claims are wrong. Rakhi tries to calm her down. Ahead Preeta notices that Rakhi is upset and she feels sorry for her.
