At the beginning of the episode, Pallavi tells everything to Deshmukh family. Milind thanks Raghav and Pallavi for their help in finding the truth. He says at least now some people will know who is their own and who is other. Mansi says they all know who is their own. Milind asks Mansi to not follow Sulochana. Sulochana asks why he wants her to be quiet when her daughter is finally supporting her.
Vijay tells Pallavi that she talks big words but never stays firm on them. He says Pallavi said she will never enter their house, but she still came. Raghav says he is a mad man, as he still is not back in his senses even after knowing the truth about his son’s death. Vijay says he must have given money to put blame on some Sunny. He says Pallavi will prove his every lie to be true. Raghav says Vijay needs a doctor’s help. Raghav and Pallavi go from there.
Raghav brings a surprise for Pallavi that is their wedding photo in their room. Pallavi says their wedding is their worst memory, so they should not put this. She removes the photo and says they will do a proper photo shoot and then hang the pictures. Raghav says there is one more surprise. Pallavi says why he is doing so many favours to her, is he in love with her. Raghav is tongue-tied. Pallavi opens the gifts and it is a dress. Raghav says she always wears a saree, so he thought of getting a dress for change and he can change if she does not like. Pallavi takes the dress.
Keerti goes to the jail and talks to Sunny. She says sorry to Sunny. Sunny is furious and says her bhabhi ruined his life. She could have stopped their wedding, but she put him in jail for a small mistake. Keerti asks if she should inform his parents so they can help them in getting bail, but Sunny says he will get that anyways. He says people will now blame him for being a murderer. Keerti says she will always be with him and they will take revenge from Pallavi together and she will never let Pallavi stay happy.
Pallavi changes in to the dress and Raghav is mesmerised to see her. They spend some romantic moments. Pallavi says her zip is loose and Raghav helps her in zipping the dress. He says zip is not working and he will fix . The drawer is stuck as he tries to get the tool box. Raghav is trying to struggle with the drawer when he is pushed backwards. Pallavi asks why he is standing like a statue. Raghav falls down on her and she sees that he has got hurt by a nail on the wall. It is the same nail on which he had hung their wedding photo.
Pallavi and Jaya take Raghav to hospital. Milind gets the call and goes to the hospital. Keerti comes there and blames Pallavi for the accident. She says Pallavi is bad luck and she ruins everything wherever she goes. Pallavi says she can understand her anger but she should wait for a better place and time.
Doctor says they are shifting Raghav to ICU as he has lost a lot of blood and he might even lose his sight or some other complications. He asks Pallavi to arrange for four bottles of blood as there is a shortage of blood in their blood bank as well as in whole Hyderabad.
Pallavi and Farhad try to arrange blood, but nothing can be found. Milind consoles Jaya. Nurse asks them to arrange for blood as none of their blood matched with Raghav’s blood and they have used up the last bottle. Pallavi goes to KDSM blood bank in Vikarabad to get blood. She finally gets the blood. The guy asks her to go in their ambulance to Hyderabad as it is very far and she will not get any transport at this hour. Pallavi goes in the ambulance with a mysterious driver.
Upcoming Story: Pallavi reached Hospital with blood. Mandar also follows her. Pallavi cries and says to Raghav that she can’t tolerate his silence.
