Sumit Aroraa opens up on being part of Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan: We all are like a happy family

Actor Sumit Arora, who plays the role of Ajeet in Prateek Sharma’s Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, says that he loves being part of the show. The actor adds that the team is like a family and he is so glad that he got associated with it.

“No doubt my experience with the show till now has been great. I always wanted to work with Zee and the team is so amazing that it makes us feel like a family. In our industry, there are so many TV shows but there are very few like this one. I am really happy that I am associated with this hit show and we have so many loving fans,” he says.

He adds, “We all are like a happy family. Recently in the Haldi sequence, me along with other 3-4 actors had to perform on that and it was decided immediately. There was no rehearsal for that and we did our own steps and the shoot took place very nicely.”

Producer Prateek Sharma has ensured that quality of content is maintained, says Sumit, adding, “Our producer takes care of the audience’s interest and he makes sure that the track is always interesting and grips the audiences. Drama is very important to keep the audiences engaged. People who are connected to daily soaps are loyal, despite so many web shows coming up. TV audiences enjoy drama so a higher note drama is needed.”

The happy atmosphere on the set helps bring out your best performance, says Sumit, adding, “We all have a happy atmosphere on the set and no doubt the set atmosphere definitely affects the performance. We all play games and joke a lot. Our bonding is just like a family and nobody has any grudges against anyone. If everyone gels up well, then everyone’s performance looks good on screen. We enjoy our work.”

Talking about his character, he says that the audience has been loving him. “Recently the compliments that my character is getting are really amazing. My Instagram fans tag me and share their stories too. My dialogue- ‘Aree Hum Nahi Karenge Toh Kon Karega’ is loved by everyone,” he says.
