At the beginning of the episode, Armaan asks Preesha what happened? She says everything is happened because of him. She tells him that today Rudra is fighting between life and death on his birthday because of him. She goes outside to get the blood for Rudra. But she is not able to get it and cries. Armaan comes and tells her that nothing will happen to Rudra. He tells her that the blood for Rudra has been arranged. He tells her that he has arranged the blood from Delhi and asks her to not worry.
Then operation gets done. Preesha cries in front of Rudra and asks him to open his eyes because she can’t live without him. She tells him to listen to her one last time. Armaan realizes that he can’t separate Preesha and Rudra. They are made for each other. He says that now he will not come in between them and forget his feelings for Preesha. Rudra has been kept under observation. Sharada also reaches there. She says that she tried to stop Rudra so many times but he is so stubborn and when it comes to her he doesn’t care about anything.
Then Armaan comes. Sharda thanks him for doing everything for Rudra and apologize to him on behalf of Rudra. Armaan says that she doesn’t need to do this. Preesha says that this time it’s Armaan’s fault and he needs to say sorry to us. She says that because of him Rudra falls down and he is here. Sharda says Rudra is also responsible because he is also fighting. Then Rudra opens his eyes and tells Preesha that this time it’s not Armaan Fault, he doesn’t push him even he tried to save him. Preesha says that he doesn’t need to take his side. Everything has happened because of him.
Then Digvijay comes and tells Preesha that just because Armaan is not saying anything that doesn’t mean he is wrong. He tells her that Armaan has arranged the blood for Rudra through helicopter because time was less and Rudra’s condition was critical. He says that he told him to leave Rudra on his condition, but still he helped him. Preesha says that he does so to get rid of his guilt. Then Armaan says to Preesha that he knows she will not believe him but still he wants to say that he never tried to kill Rudra and goes away.
He takes Digvijay with him. He tells him that now he doesn’t want to come in between them. He says that he understood Preesha’s love for Rudra. He says that he will sacrifice his love for Preesha because he wants to see her happy. Preesha cries in front of Rudra that she can’t live without him. He says but still, she doesn’t come back to him.
Upcoming story- Preesha says I love you to Rudra. Rudra asks her now what will they do now? She says that she needs to talk to Armaan. Armaan tells her that she can tell Rudra that they are not married. Then Preesha decided to take Rudra for a date. A woman who is blackmailing Ahana comes and stops Krishna her daughter. Ahana is shocked to see her.
