In the beginning of the episode, Suvarna before Akshu goes to the hospital for work says to her that she has to keep fast for Abhimanyu. She tells her that she can only break her fast by eating something sweet made in Birla house. Arohi says to Akshu if she is done with her fast then they can leave for the hospital. Arohi says to herself that the wedding rituals are a headache but she can bear them until the talk of the accident is at bay.
Abhimanyu talks to the spy and asks him what he has found about the accident. The Spy says to him that he checked all the footage and has not found anything. Abhimanyu stands in front of the window and sees Arohi and Akshu. He remembers Akshu telling him about the accident she and Arohi got into. Meanwhile, Manjuri calls and tells Mahima to cook kheer as Akshu has to break her fast by it. Mahima says to her that she is busy and that it can be done later, she says that the Goenka’s are too much as their rituals don’t end.
Mahima goes to check on her patients and sees the bed empty, she asks the ward boy who tells her that the patients have gone to a different madam. Mahima comes to a room and sees Akshu doing music therapy, she gets upset and asks her who gave her permission to do it on her patients. Abhimanyu says to her that Akshu’s therapy helps the patients recover fast, Mahima asks him to only keep his suggestions to his patients, and Anand comes there and says to her to let the patients be there as the music is helping them. Anand praises Akshu’s work, Mahima and Arohi who hears them from outside feel jealous.
Akshu while sitting with Abhimanyu in his cabin asks him if she upset Mahima, he says to her that she is worrying too much. Abhimanyu asks Akshu to eat something with him. She says that she can’t until she eats kheer from her in-law’s house as she has kept a fast for him. Abhimanyu says to her that she will not do the fast alone and he will accompany her. Abhimanyu calls Manjuri, and she cooks and feels like fainting.
Abhimanyu makes her sit and says to her that Mahima should have told them if she wasn’t going to get the kheer made. Mahima arrives at home and says to Abhimanyu that she has prior work and can’t leave them all because of a ritual and the Goenka’s rituals happen every day. Akshu cooks the kheer and smoothes things.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu assigns Akshu a kid to take care of. The kid looks at her and she asks him why he is looking at her. He says to her that he and his mother saw her when they were going to get hay for the cow, in the car. Arohi gets nervous as Abhimanyu is standing outside the ward.
