In the beginning of the episode, Harshwardhan talks to someone on phone about Abhimanyu’s marriage relationship and making it public. Abhimanyu screams at Harshwardhan that he has known his character since he was a kid. They hear noise of something falling, when they turn they see it is Manjuri. Abhimanyu gets to Manjuri and runs to get his medical kit and then operates on her. Harshwardhan calls Anand and Mahima. The whole family gathers and worries about Manjuri’s well being.
At Goenka’s house, Manish and Akhilesh play table tennis to burst stress. Akhilesh says to Manish that playing some games to reenergize really helps as they were so worried about Abhimanyu’s situation and now they are feeling better. Manish says to Akhilesh that he feels like there are two connections they have with each other, first because of Arohi’s working in the hospital. Akhilesh completes Manish sentence by saying second is the similarity between his and Kartik’s relationship and Abhimanyu’s and Harshwardhan’s relationship. Akshu overhears them and thinks to himself that there are sure some problems in the Birla family’s relationships.
Abhimanyu performs maha Mrityunjaya Jaap for Manjuri and the family joins him. His sister puts it on social media for more people’s prayers. Akshu sees the video and worries about Manjuri’s health. Manjuri gains consciousness and calls Abhimanyu’s name. He sits by her holding her hand. Mahima asks everyone to let her rest for sometime. Everyone leaves, Manjuri says that she had to go to the temple to pray and now her prayers will be unheard. Abhimanyu says he’ll go on her behalf. Akshu in the temple prays for Manjuri and gives an offering in her name to the pandit. Abhimanyu comes to the temple as well and hears Manjuri’s name being taken. He looks around and sees Arohi and gets confused that she is offering prayers for Manjuri.
At night Arohi gets a message that her surgery with Abhimanyu is canceled as he is going to the Shivir. She says to herself that she will find a way out to be there with him.
Manjuri asks Abhimanyu to go to shivir as the kids need him. He says to her but he doesn’t feel like leaving her. She says to him she will be fine when he gets married. She says to him to never again get angry like yesterday as she gets scared of her anger. Manjuri says to Abhimanyu that she wants him to think about Arohi for once as they have tried to convince Akshu but she doesn’t love him.
Upcoming- Abhimanyu’s bike gets stuck and Akshu takes him to the Shivir. At the shivir Neill asks Akshu if she is pretending to move on. Arohi arrives at the shivir and sees Akshu already there and gets upset.
