The story is based on the lives of Amrita and Pritam who will have totally different lives but fate brings them together. Amrita is a pregnant widow while Pritam will be having criminal records.
Kabir is upset and was sitting upstairs. Pritam ask him why he is upset? He says that today he is feeling bad because Amrita is disappointed from him and cried while she slapped him. Pritam consoles him and made omlette for him. Then Amrita comes ask him to come with her and eat food which she has made for him. Pritam’s friend came and told him that his ex-wife is trying to take his son away from care room despite the court orders. Pritam gets angry on this matter.
Amrita is going to her room and there she listens Guneet is telling Nimmo that he should sell his shop to get 1 lakh rupees otherwise police will arrest Kabir. Amrita decided to sell her bonds and gave that money to Guneet. She ask him to give this money to Kabir’s boss. Kabir and Guneet goes to the office of Kabir and gave that money to Kabir’s boss. Pritam is trying to find the spoon. Sonia stops him and shows it in her hand. Pritam gets angry and takes that from her hand. Sonia says that he don’t need to get angry and tells her that Amrita find that spoon on the floor and they are stopping him to return it to him. Pritam thanks her.
Amrita sees that Sukhbeer is upset. When she asked him what happened, she got to know that he is upset because of Kabir’s matter. Sukhbeer says that Kabir has done this mistake because of the pressure. Next day, Amrita goes to apply for the job in hospital where Karan used to work. There a man tells her that he will definitely try to get her a job in the administration department because she has good qualifications. Amrita sees Pritam talking to someone and he is very angry. Nitin is telling him that his ex wife has also came to meet his son.
Pritam goes to the child care home. Amrita goes behind him. Amrita sees Pritam fighting with a woman. She thinks who is this woman who is shouting at Pritam and also holding his collar. Then they disappeared from there. Then the ex wife of Pritam came to Amrita and scared her. She somehow manages to reach home. She is about to get fainted outside her house. Kabir takes Amrita inside. Amrita is crying and her hand got hurt. Then Nimmo takes her inside and do the first aid of her her hand. She ask Amrita to take care of herself. She tells her that she is going to give birth to the happiness of this family.
Pritam becomes inconsolable when he is not able to meet his son. Then he goes to Mansoor and ask him that when he is having legal papers to meet his son then why he is not able to meet his son? He says that he is not able to celebrate his son’s birthday from last two years because of his ex wife. He says that why this law is not able to see the pain of a father.
Amrita calls Mansoor and ask him how Pritam is connected from child care home? She also told him about the ex wife of Pritam. Mansoor tells her that Pritam is connected to a NGO because he wants to do something for Orphaned children. He also tells her that woman has lost her child recently that’s why she started behaving weird sometimes and used to fight with many people there. He says that’s why Pritam didn’t said anything to that woman. Amrita believed him.
Will Amrita confronts Pritam about his connection with NGO and how he will react to it?
