At the beginning of the episode, Anupama called Vanraj and informed him that someone had beaten Anuj and now he is in the operation theatre. Anupama started crying and get unconscious. Vanraj arrived at the hospital and handled Anupama. On the other hand, Police called Samar through Anupama’s phone. Police asked Samar to come police station and file a fir against the goons. Baapuji saw Samar and asked what happened? Samar said something had happened with Anupama and Anuj, and their phones are at the police station and they both are missing. Anupama informed Vanraj that someone tried to pressurize her to take out a ring from my finger that’s why he beats everyone.
Anupama said Anuj informed everyone that he loves me but she has never said anything about him. Vanraj asked Anupama not to cry and stay calm. Anupama asked what if something will happen to Anuj? Anupama said Anuj is the most important part of her life now. Samar and Baapuji went to Anuj’s home and informed everything to Gopi Kaka. Gopi Kaka said nothing will happen to anyone because Anuj and Anupama are together. Samar called the police and asked them to find Anuj and Anupama. Samar was crying in the market, Toshu saw him. Toshu asked what happened? Samar said Anuj and Anupama are missing, and no one knows where they are.
Toshu shouted at Samar for not informing him earlier. Anupama stands out of operation theatre, Vanraj asked her to sit on the chair and stay calm. The doctor arrived out of the operation theatre and informed Anupama that Anuj’s condition is too critical. The doctor said that internal bleeding is not stopped and they need to do urgent surgery. Doctors gave the declaration form to Anupama and leaves from there. Anupama asked why these papers? Vanraj said the hospital give papers to the patient’s relative for security reasons. Anupama get angry and started shouting in the hospital.
Vanraj asked Anupama to stay calm and do signatures on the declaration papers so that doctors can start the surgery as soon as possible. Anupama get emotional and did signatures on declaration papers. Vanraj called Samar and informed him that everything is alright but Anuj is in ICU. On the other hand, Baa was crying about Anuj’s critical condition. Kavya prays to God to take care of Anuj because if something will happen to him then, Anupama will come close to Vanraj. Baapuji, Gopi Kaka, Toshu, and Samar arrived at the hospital. Gopi Kaka started crying after he saw Anuj in an operation theatre. Vanraj asked everyone to stay calm.
