In the beginning of the episode, The waiter gives a letter to Aditya, who finds a divorce paper inside which Malini put there. Malini comes there and pretends in front of Aditya that she cares and wants to sort things between him and Imlie. Aditya says to her that she should not interfere between them as he’ll talk to Imlie. Imlie comes to the anniversary party and Aditya comes after her. She asks him so he is here and knows what she feels. He says it took him time and courage to be here but he has come now. He says to her he will do what she wants and if that is breaking their relationship so be it. Aditya gives Imlie divorce papers and says to her that before she leaves him he’ll leave her as he doesn’t want to be heartbroken.
Imlie walks the road and reaches near a cliff remembering Aditya’s words. Imlie on her knees near a cliff says to herself that why did this happen to her, why did God destroy her happiness and separate her from Aditya. While Aryan looks for Imlie. She stands up and goes near the cliff with the intention to jump. Aryan reaches on time and stops her from suiciding.
He gives her his hand to help them stand. Aryan says to her that when he told her that it is not bad to fall down, but not being able to stand back is wrong. He asks her how she could need somebody’s support on the same day. He says to her someone made her shed a few tears and she was giving up on her life. Imlie says to him to shut up. She tells him about how she was born and then got married and then she became a servant at her husband’s house and then her sister became her enemy and now her husband divorced her. She says to him to quit calling her weak. He says to her then what she is doing here alone, she says she just wanted to cry alone for some time. Aryan makes her sit on a bench. He says to her he is not leaving but also won’t stop her from crying, but she cannot keep doing that from tomorrow.
At Thripati’s house, Aparna asks Aditya why he gave divorce papers to Imlie. He says to her that it wasn’t him who gave her the papers, she sent him. He says he only signed the papers. Aparna says why would Imlie do that, what might have led to this confusion. Aditya says to her why doesn’t she believe that lmlie has changed and found a better person for herself. Malini supports Aditya’s statement against Imlie in front of the family by saying that she also saw Imlie with Aryan, and she doesn’t think Imlie is helpless.
Upcoming- Aditya opens his house door. Imlie stands outside with the newspaper and asks him what has been written in the paper about her. He says to her what she was doing in the room with Aryan was private then they should have locked the door.
