At the beginning of the episode, Sarab brings Seher with him and shows her the room which he decorated for Seher. Seher was a little upset. Sarab told his kids to forgive us as from next time we would not hide anything from you. They didn’t say anything and were about to go. Samaira came in between and informed them that Sarab hasn’t eaten anything and the doctor had prescribed him to eat medicines after eating anything. Kids looked at Sarab’s face and then they settled down to eat with him.
Kulwant tells Meher to leave the house. Meher says she won’t go without talking to Yuvi. Kulwant says he won’t talk to her because he dislikes her. Meher says Kulwant filled anger in his heart and she should be ashamed for doing that. She sees Yuvi and asks him to come to her and starts back counting and he throws the ball at Kulwant and goes from there. Kulwant’s nose bleeds but she doesn’t let Meher touch her and frightens her. Meher says until she is alive she won’t let anyone hurt her family and says she won’t let her spoil Yuvi’s life too. And she warns her saying Sarab is angry with her.
Robbie tells Sarab that Punjab’s condition is not great. Samaira tells Sarab to forgot about this for at least two months and tells him to eat. He says he is not in the mood to eat and asks her to not force him. She says Meher made his beloved dish and was about to feed him but he stops her saying Meher must be hungry so he can’t eat now. His hand starts shivering suddenly and he sees Meher and asks what happened. She says Kulwant didn’t listen to her but she can’t let her spoil Yuvi’s life. She asks did the kids ate food. He nods at her. She says he has to take medicines now. Samaira gives the medicine case to her and leaves from there. He appreciates Meher’s handmade food. She says she didn’t make this. He understands that Samaira did this.
Seher and Karan was missing Meher. Harleen tells them to memorize the lie Meher told them then they won’t miss Meher and tells them to rest. Meher queries Harleen about Kids. Harleen tells her to not disturb them. Meher says she can’t sleep without seeing them and goes to their room and falls asleep in a sitting position.
The next day Meher woke up and noticed that Sarab is sleeping beside her. Roby handover the poster to Meher. Meher acknowledged them we are starting a free ambulance service. Sarab told them that in a few months all will get to know about the reality of Meher. Harleen instructed Roby that Kulwant should know about this news then she would handle her in her style.
