At the beginning of the episode, Pakhi arrived at the hospital to meet Ishan. Ishan said he was not taking the drugs in the bathroom. Pakhi said she can’t trust him anymore. Ishan said he never lie to Pakhi. Pakhi asked where he was yesterday? Ishan thought that if he inform about the kidnappers then she will be in danger. Pakhi said she don’t want to talk to Ishan again and said it’s over. Pakhi was going to home but Ishan stopped her. Ishan asked Pakhi to trust him once. Suddenly a small girl arrived there and asked who is Pakhi? Ishan said Pakhi is his special friend and asked that girl to rest in the cabin. Ishan asked Pakhi not to end everything. On the other hand, Naveli want to see a movie.
Agastya arranged copy of the movie. Agastya asked Naveli to call her friends for the movie. Naveli said Agastya will also watch movie with her. Suddenly Pakhi called Agastya, Naveli picked up the call. Agastya shouted at Naveli and asked her to study. Agastya asked what happened? Pakhi said she is not able to think because she is in dilemma. Again kidnappers took Ishan to their location, to attend the pregnant lady. After sometime, kidnappers dropped Ishan in an locality. Agastya arrived there and dropped Ishan to his home. On the other hand, Pakhi was helping her mother in the kitchen. Pakhi asked how we can know that our partner is trustworthy or not?
Pakhi’s mother said a connection is necessary between two people to live together and we need to trust our partner. Pakhi went to her room. Ishan sits for dinner with his brother and dad. Ishan’s father asked about Pakhi? Ishan said misunderstanding is going in between him and Pakhi. Ishan’s dad asked Ishan to being somehow romantic. Ishan decorated the car and went to Pakhi’s home with sorry cards. Ishan play the romantic music and confess his love towards Pakhi. Pakhi gets happy and they both hug each other. Agastya was looking everything and get angry. Later Pakhi called Agastya and informed him about the everything Ishan did for her.
Pakhi informed Agastya that she is going to hospital to meet Ishan. Pakhi went to hospital with a gift for the small girl. Ishan was in his cabin. Agastya’s agent informed nurse about his plan. Nurse give food to Pakhi and asked her to feed it to small girl. Nurse removed the plug of the oxygen cylinder and leaves from there. That small girl felt difficulty to breath. Pakhi started crying and everyone gathered there. Ishan started crying and he tried a lot to save the girl but he was failed. Nurse informed Ishan that Pakhi was there in the cabin and oxygen plug was removed. Ishan shouted at Pakhi and asked her to stay away from patients.
