At the beginning of the episode, Pakhi comes into the kitchen and saw Agastya and Sameer together. Agastya told her that he is calming and ask him not to worry about the incident. Pakhi looks on. Agastya asks the doctor to check Sameer. The doctor checks him and told them that Sameer’s blood pressure is High. Agastya says that he can take him out of the city for someday so that he can feel better. The doctor says that it is a good option. Sameer looks on and said that he wants to stay here but Agastya says that he should get treated first and then he can stay with his family. He asks him to go to his grandmother’s house which is in London. Sameer gets tensed and looks on. Prema says that he will not go so far but Pakhi agrees with Agastya and says that he is right. She says that he should go to grandmother’s house so that he will get fine soon. Agastya gets happy and says that he will book a flight ticket and leaves From there.
Pakhi and Agastya are leaving from there. Pakhi looks at Agastya and thanks him then Pakhi asks him to go. She says that she has some work in the office. She calls someone and sends him the location. Pakhi meets her cousin and asks him to help her as she finds out some truth about Sameer. She requested him to help her. She asks him that he wanted to put some hidden cameras in her house so that she can find what Sameer is hiding. Pakhi recalls Agastya is telling Sameer that they should keep the secret between them. Pakhi asks him to find the truth and says that she can’t ask about it Agastya looks on.
Agastya comes home while Dadi asks him that he did this accident. Agastya says that he did it and says that he doesn’t have another option to shut Sameer’s mouth. He says that he doesn’t want to free him but because of her condition. He has to free him and he takes big risk. Pakhi comes there and noticed that they are looking tense. Dadi asks about Shanaya, Pakhi says that she is fine and asks her that she wants to invite her family for dinner. Dadi says that she can invite them.
Pakhi asks Mohit to fix the camera so that she can find the truth. Sameer asks Prema that he doesn’t want to go from here but Prema says that she agreed because of his health. They go to Agastya’s house while Pakhi says that they should visit London. Mona taunts Pakhi but Agastya stands by her side a d replies Mona. Mohit messages Pakhi and said that something is wrong and asks her to come.
Pakhi pretends that Shanaya forgets her Medicine while Shanaya reminds that she has to say yes I am everything. Pakhi says that she is going to bring Medicine for her but Agastya says that he ask someone to bring it. Pakhi says that only she knows where it is kept. Agastya keeps an eye on Pakhi.
Pakhi reached at the house. Mohit told her that cameras are already placed in his house. He told her that someone keeps an eye on them. He told her that cameras are fitted in the teddy’s eye. Pakhi gets Shocked and recalls what Agastya gives her. Pakhi looks on. Pakhi gets tense and thinks that he is watching her now but Mohit says that he removed the setting of that camera and now the camera will show old recording when house was empty. Pakhi thinks to take help from Agastya but thinks that he will get angry. Mohit is fixing the cameras in the house. He comes to Pakhi and told her that he fixed the cameras and now she can find the truth. Pakhi is checking the camera and goes near it. Mohit asks her not to. say anything otherwise, they will get caught. Mohit messages Pakhi and said that the hidden cameras are still there. Pakhi thinks that someone is watching her and gets Shocked.
