At the beginning of the episode, Dadi gets shocked seeing bulbul. She tells dadi that these kids were hungry so she gave them her milk and God will be happy to see this. Dadi thought God granted her wish and send back Pakhi to her. She thought now Agastya will also get cured. Dadi emotionally hugged Bulbul. She says people get attached to her after talking for a while. Dadi says Pakhi what happened to her and why she is talking like this. Bulbul laughed and asked who’s this girl Pakhi. Dadi says don’t joke more she can’t bear it anymore. Bulbul says don’t act in front of her she will not get into her trick.
Bulbul’s mother pulls her hear for stealing milk and takes her from there. Naveli came and ask why she is standing shocked and where did she pour the milk. Dadi says God has called us for some other reason. Bulbul’s mother told her not to go anywhere she will be back with milk. Bulbul says leave her ear or else someone will post her photo on Twitter. She tells Bulbul not to dream of becoming a star and stand here till she comes back.
Agastya was crying and not taking injections. Meera says if he won’t obey then she will not love her anymore. Agastya agrees to get the injection. The nurse injected the injection and left from there. Mona came and asked Naveli where is her dadi as he is feeling hungry. Naveli was also thinking where she went off.
Prema and Shanaya were on the way taking ironed clothes. The man bumped into them and she drops the clothes. She scolds that man and breaks down in tears remembering Pakhi. Dadi went to Bulbul and ask why she is not recognizing her. Bulbul say she is not her Pakhi. Dadi showed her Pakhi’s photo. Bulbul was shocked to see the photo. She say this girl looks similar to her like a filmy scene. Dadi said don’t joke and showed everyone’s photo. Dadi ask if she is doing all this because she hates Agastya. Bulbul says she is not her Pakhi, she only looks like her. Dadi ask her to come with her she will remember everything. Bulbul say she don’t have any memory loss and leaves from there.
Karthik inform Bulbul about a dance show in Bombay and she will be paid well. Bulbul scolds Karthik for manipulating bulbul. Bulbul says she won’t ruin her dream and get grandma’s knee treatment. Naveli came and tell Dadi that Yug is calling her. Dadi was thinking about whether she is Pakhi or not.
Sameer came across Bulbul but he misses to spot her. Agastya was requesting Meera for breakfast. She throws it on the floor. Agastya ask Prema to pick the bread for him. She told him that it’s not good to eat but Meera told her to do what he is saying. Prema wishes that Meera should get punished for her misdeeds. Dadi reached home. She was thinking about Bulbul only. After they all went in Bulbul came out from the car’s trunk.
