At the beginning of the episode, Devyani came to Sai and starts clapping for today. Sai was willing to go to college but Devyani requested to feed her first as she wants to take medicine. Sai went to Devyani’s room to feed her. Sai requested Devyani to show her medicine and thought of cross-checking it with Dr. Pulkit.
Devyani said if my husband would there then I could get well soon. Karishma was nursing Pakhi hands and Bhawani came there to apply for medicine on her wounds. Karishma gives a surprising reaction to it and says this much pain of pain Sai would also have suffered. Pakhi said sorry to Bhawani for not completing her work.
Bhawani praises Pakhi for this attitude. Karishma said I tried to save Pakhi from grinding the spices but Sai was willing to give this duty to Pakhi. Bhawani said we would surely take revenge from Sai.
Sai went to Pulkit and they had lunch together. Pulkit eats and Praise Sai for the lovely food. Pulkit asked Sai about her locality and he recalls how he used to go there to meet Devyani. Then Sai showed him that medicine and asked about that. Pulkit acknowledged that this medicine is for the patient who is suffering from a big shock. Pulkit motivates Sai for taking part in the college activities. Sai went there and enjoyed the Guitar rhythm played by a boy. Sai danced around him.
Karishma was telling his husband to do any work as no one takes you seriously. Karishma said I am only left here to do all work and Bhawani only scolds me for everything. Suddenly all heard music sound. Sonali manipulates Bhawani against Sai. Bhawani said I would go to her and teach her how to live in this house. Suddenly Virat came and Bhawani acknowledged him about the loud music.
