The entire Singhania family celebrates the birthday at the beginning of the episode. Everybody dances Ishani also dances with Kabir. Kabir’s focus is only on Riddhima. While Riddhima is sharing time with Vansh. on the other side, someone wants to harm Vansh. Siya further says that now we will take the family photo. Vansh says yes. Ishani also asks Kabir to join them. She says he has saved her brother’s life, so he is also her brother now. Riddhima feels dizzy. Riddhima faints. While Ishani is injured. Because the arrow that was supposed to hit Vansh accidentally injures Ishani.

He says he does not know if he will be able to save Ishani. Kabir angrily threatens the doctor. Aryan advises him to remain calm.
Further Riddhima faints and falls in Kabir’s arm. Kabir asks her to take care. Riddhima thinks that she is not feeling well, should she talk to Vansh about this. She thinks that the whole family is upset right now, so she will talk about it later. Next, she prays to God to cure Ishani. But later she learns that Ishani’s child has died. Everyone is sad. Riddhima cries. Vansh is in pain. Angre does not have the power to speak anything. Riddhima encourages Vansh. Vansh goes to meet Ishani. Ishani says Vansh saved them. Vansh cries. Ishani asks what happened, has anything happened to her child. Riddhima realizes that she is about to become a mother. When she is passing through the hall, she hears the doctor’s words and comes to know about her health.
