At the beginning of the episode, Pallavi sits in the ambulance and the driver starts the ambulance.
Milind asks Vijay and Sulochana to come with him for blood test for his friend. Vijay’s blood group does not match so he asks Sulochana to come with him. Vijay says he knows his friend is no-one other than Raghav Rao. He asks Sulochana if she still wants to donate blood. Sulochana says she will never do that. Milind says he is just trying to carry out Vijay’s responsibilities, as Raghav is his son-in-law and has done numerous favours to them. He really considers Pallavi his daughter, while Vijay just fakes it and he is ashamed of Vijay. Milind spits on the floor and says he knows who it is for. Vijay is shocked.
Pallavi reaches Hyderabad on time. She gives blood to the nurse. Jaya thanks Pallavi. Pallavi tells Farhad that blood bank people dropped her in ambulance. Farhad and Amruta crash into each other and have a moment.
Pallavi goes to give money to the driver, when Milind calls her. The driver is none other than Mandaar who is still alive.
Mandaar is shocked to hear Pallavi’s name. He watches her as she talks to Milind but is not able to see their faces. He gets a call to come back immediately for an emergency. He goes away. Pallavi asks him to stop but he goes.
Farhad takes Amruta’s coffee cup to throw. Amruta watches him. Doctor says Raghav is still not fully recovered and has no control on his movements. Next 48 hours are crucial for him. Pallavi tells Farhad to take Jaya and Keerti home, as she is there. Jaya resists but later agrees. Pallavi asks Milind to go too but he says no. She tells Milind to come back after breakfast, as Farhad is coming after dropping Jaya and Keerti.
Pallavi watches Raghav in room, as he is lying senseless. She remembers their good times and gets emotional. Pallavi asks Raghav to get up and talk to her. She says they have so many plans to carry out, so he must get up. Pallavi cries and begs him to come to his senses.
Milind reaches home and sees Vijay has drawn a line between the house. Vijay has partitioned the house into two parts. He says people who support Raghav and Pallavi cannot be a part of his family, so he is ending his relationship with his brother. Sulochana and Mansi say they will support Vijay.
Jaya is worried at home. Keerti brings food for her. Jaya tells her to mend her ways and not be blind in Sunny’s love.
Krishna comes to the hospital and Pallavi hugs her. Krishna brings her food. Pallavi clears all the bills and goes as Mandaar comes back. He is looking for Pallavi. He asks the receptionist if there is someone named Pallavi there.
Upcoming Story- Pallavi realised that she has feelings for Raghav and her friend requests her to confess her feelings to Raghav .She is excited and goes to Raghav to tell that she loves him.
