At the beginning of the episode, Praful is working where Gehna gives Medicine to him. Praful says that he has to give something. Baa says that she Knows that Surya loves her but if anything happen to her then she will use this. Gehna takes it and thanks to them. Surya checks everything Where Suhani asks him what he is doing.
