At the beginning of the episode, the doctor asks Sikander to bring this medicine for Surya. Gehna comes there as the nurse look. The box falls down from Gehna’s hand. Sikander gives it back to her. Gehna comes Inside and gives water to him. She asks him if he should trust her once. Gehna said that Sikander is outside to kill him. Surya takes Gehna’s name. Sikander comes inside and asks him to leave everything behind. He comes inside and kills Surya but he found him missing. Gehna runs from there. Sikander shouts and asks them how could he goes missing from here. The Police ask him not to worry.
Gehna takes Surya out from the hospital. Sikander asks everyone to check everywhere. Gehna tries to take him out. Sikander closed the door and asks them not to let anyone go outside. Gehna takes him back to the hospital. Praful comes there for Gehna’s help. Gehna gets emotional and asks what he is doing here. Praful asks her that he comes to help him and the boy is with them. They takes Surya outside somehow.
Sikander tries to kill Suhani but Sarika asks him to leave. Sarika gets Shocked to know about Sikander. Sikander says that Surya should die. Sarika curses Sikander and said that he will die. Sikander asks about Arjun where Sarika gets Shocked.
Gehna takes care of Surya. Baa asks Gehna if Surya is a nice guy because he returns everything back to her even when she curses him. Surya takes Gehna’s name. Gehna touches him and told them that Surya needs an antidote. Gehna says that he needs medicine and she is going to bring it. Praful asks her that he will bring it but Gehna asks them that she will go and can do anything for Surya. She prays to god.
Sikander asks Suhani that Gehna can’t let him die but he can’t let him live. Sikander asks the goons to keep an eye on Gehna. Gehna comes to the medical Store and finds the goons there. He asks about the Medicine but runs from there. Sikander instructs them to beware of every places. Gehna hides everywhere and thinks that Surya needs this injection in two hours.
