At the beginning of the episode, the alarm clock is ringing. Surya gets disturbed but he saw a letter and reads it. He goes to another letter and gets wishes on his birthday. Surya gets happy. Gehna comes there and wishes him a happy birthday. She gives a gift to him and says that she loves it that’s why she is giving it to him. Surya says that he will keep it forever. Dadi wishes Surya a happy birthday.
Suhani says that why she cooked too many dishes today. She says that she cooks food for her sister. Surya comes there and looks on. Suhani asks them to finish the food. Gehna is serving but Swara says that she will serve. She gets close to Surya but Surya gets angry and leaves from there. Kanak says that the next one is Surya. Suhani asks her to run her mind.
Gehna asks Swara if she told her that Surya doesn’t like it. Swara leaves from there. Dadi says that every year Suhani forgets his birthday. Gehna comes to Surya and gives him a lunch box. Gehna says that maybe Suhani is organizing a party for him. Surya leaves from there. Dadi ask what she said to him. Gehna says that he should realize that Suhani doesn’t love him. Swara comes and asks what they’re talking about but Dadi stops Gehna.
Swara informs that Dadi and Gehna is going to have a party. Swara takes the clothes from Suhani’s cupboard and starts ready for Surya. Surya comes home and everyone wishes him a happy birthday. Surya ask where is Suhani. He starts finding her but Swara comes and gets close to him. She starts dancing with Surya but Surya pushes her. He starts dancing with Gehna.
Suhani comes there and shouts that how she throws this party without her permission. Gehna says that she organise this party on her behalf of her. Suhani says that she tries to keep them apart. She is about to slap Gehna but Surya holds her hand. Suhani says that he is taking her side. Surya says because she is wrong today. Suhani says that she forgets everything these days. She says that how could she enjoy without Sikander. Gehna says that she has two sons then why she forget another one. Surya says that the party is over and leaves from there.
Gehna tries to make Surya happy. Gehna asks him to cut the cake. Dadi comes there and asks Surya to blow the candle. Surya gets happy and says that Gehna is mad and she made her too. Surya cuts the cake and starts feeding Gehna but Swara takes the cake. She puts cake on Surya’s face. Gehna recalls how she gets close with Pankaj. Gehna scolds Swara and says that this is not the way to do this. Surya puts the cake on Gehna’s face. Gehna gets happy.
