The episode begins with Simar walking out of the Oswal Mansion. The guards closed the gate. Gajender was feeling guilty for what happened. Gitanjali Devi saw the diva about to bow. She protects it and prays. Aditi came there and said hope God doesn’t punish her for what she did with Simar. After breathing heavily Vivan losses his breath. While Mohit was leaving the hospital he came across Gagan. Gagan was trying to remember where he has seen Mohit. Gajander’s heartfelt apology
Giriraaj and Chitra were wishing that when Reema will leave this house as Simar has gone. Aarav was sitting beside the mandap and missing Simar. Gagan went inside the room and wakes Reema. Then the doctor came and tried to pump his chest. After trying for a while the doctors said we can’t do anything now. Reema became mad and started shouting at the doctor. Gagan tells her to control God will do something.
Reema went in front of God’s idol and says they need to save him at any cost. Their doctor was trying to do something. Gagan came running and informed Reema that Vivan’s heart started beating again. The doctor took him for an urgent operation. Reema acknowledged Gagan that how one man was trying to attack Vivan.
While Gagan was talking to his mom he spotted Gagan and thought he might be the one who attacked Vivan. There Narayan’s wert celebrating Kanya Pujan. Suddenly Simar also came there barefooted. Avinash recalls when Gitanjaali Devi told her that Aarav would divorce Simar within one month. Indu asked Simar what happened? Simar says she came back and we both had divorced. Gajender arrives at Narayan’s house. He joined his hands in front of them. Simar told him not to do like this you came here for me that’s enough. Gajender says he is responsible for everything and tries to forgive him. Gajender tells Simar’s parents that he won’t find any daughter-in-law like Simar. He expresses how helpless he is feeling. Avinash said we were aware of this and it was all God’s decision. Avinash tells Gajander that he won’t forgive him for snatching Simar’s happiness. Gajender says I know everything just let me apologize.
Simar went to her room and cries. She asks what she did that she has to face this condition. She imagines Aarav over there telling her that everything happens for good only.
