At the beginning of the episode, KT and Preeti are playing holi. While the doctor is behind them. But before the doctor can see them KT and Preeti go away from them. Sneha goes to meet doctor Sonali and Mitali. She gives then sweet and asks them to eat it. They take a bite and praises the flavour of sweet. On the other hand, Priyanka and Neil are still upset. KT and Preeti notice their cold war and thinks to end it. Then KT performs a dance for Preeti. Preeti enjoys it. While the dance brings Priyanka and Neil closer. On the other hand, Preeti happily dances with KT. Foorti is also looking happy. Kusala goes to Sonali and Mitali. She asks them that why they didn’t come and join them. KT notice doctor Mitali gets shocked. Kusala calls for Preeti. Mitali gets a call so she goes away from there. While KT brings Preeti and Foorti to a corner and tells them the doctor Mitali is here. Preeti gets and Foorti too gets amazed. Mitali says to Kusala that they should leave. Kusala says sure. She then gives them a gift. In that gift hamper there is a photo of KT and Preeti. Doctor Sonali and Mitali greet Preeti, Foorti and KT. They then leave without noticing the photo.
Ahead Kusala announces that Preeti is giving them the child of KT which make them very happy. Kusala thinks to give her gold chain which once her mother-in-law gave to her. She goes to Preeti and holds her hand. And asks Priyanka to bring that chain. Priyanka gets it for her.
When Kusala opens the box she gets shocked. As she notices a fake tummy in it. Seema and her daughter-in-law laugh seeing it. Seema asks Kusala if that was a special gift for her daughter-in-law. Kusala says no. She adds maybe KT brought it because of his work, as he is an actor. While doctor Sonali comes there. She reveals that Foorti is going to be a mother, not Preeti. Kusala says Preeti herself told me that she is pregnant. She asks Preeti to tell everyone that she is pregnant. While says she is not. She adds but Kusala will become a grandmother soon as Foorti is carrying the child of her and KT. Kusala gets shocked as well as Shivraj.
