At the beginning of the episode, Angel says to Isha that you had said that no one would suspect you, but look what happened to you. She adds now because of you my money also went in the drain. Heer asks Isha why you did that to me, I used to thought that you are a friend of mine and can never harm me, but I was wrong. She adds I even heard your and Angel’s conversation when you were talking to her about me. I can remove that veil of yours at that time but I wanted to grab Angel as well, thus I plotted a big plan.
Then Heer calls Virat and Akshay. Isha gets shocked seeing Virat there. Daljeet also has arrived there with the police force. Virat says he used to the thought that she is a good friend of him, but you tried to harm my love, why? Isha says because I love you, I cared so much about you, I lost my self to get you but you leave me because of Heer. She adds Heer is a kinnar and she doesn’t deserve you, I am the best option for you. Virat gets disgusted with her words. He tells her that he only has Heer in his heart and no one can get her place.
Isha says if that’s the case then I will kill the love of your life. She moves to Heer and grabs her throat. She strangles her. Heer pushes her back and slaps her hard. Isha gets angry and raises her hands-on Heer. And again tries to harm Heer. Heer asks others to help her. Virat comes forward and asks Isha to get away from Heer. Lady constable holds Isha tight and takes her from there. Virat embraces Heer and apologises to her. Akshay says that now the problems get solved so now we can focus on surgery. Heer nods in yes.
Later Heer, Virat and their family members come to the hospital to meet Malika. Malika opens her eyes. She gets happy seeing Heer right next to her. She asks her about Angel. While Daljeet informs them that Angel is in jail, so there is no need to get worried. Akshay asks Heer to stay happy so that she can recover fast after her operation. Virat says don’t worry, I will take care of her. Ahead Heer goes to meet Akshay’s mother. She gives her sweets and invites her to a Holi celebration. The mother gets angry and throws her out. Akshay comes there. Heer asks mother to forgive Akshay. But mother slams the door on their faces.
