At the beginning of the episode, Devi takes the “aarti ki thali” from Gayatri and is about to start. Anokhi asks Astha to start this ritual as they want blessings of both mothers. Astha takes the “thali” from Devi and does the “Griha Pravesh”. Astha tells Anokhi to call her “Ma” and not Astha ma’am anymore. Devi is shocked to see Shaurya bonding with Astha. Alok says Anokhi is not just Lakshmi and Saraswati but also Mahakali. Shaan tells him to keep quiet. Astha asks Devi to also do “aarti”, but she refuses as ritual is already done. Shaurya and Anokhi say they will not enter the house till both mothers do “griha pravesh”. Devi also does the ritual. Anokhi enters the Sabherwal house.|
Devi tells Anokhi to bow to temple and take God’s blessings. Some relative go with Anokhi. Shagun says she will also accompany Anokhi. Kanchan teases Shaurya as he is about to follow Anokhi.
Anokhi does the “pooja”. Mrs Luthra who is with Anokhi says she has never seen such a hasty wedding. Shagun says it was not Anokhi’s fault that her exam was on the same day and for Anokhi, exam was more important than Shaurya. Anokhi says both exams and Shaurya were equally important for her. Mrs. Luthra tells Anokhi that she has married into the wrong family and they will not let her live as she pleases. Anokhi says that she will not listen to anything against her family, even if they are relatives. She defends Devi and Tej in front of them and says they have a big heart. Mrs. Luthra feels insulted by Anokhi.
Astha tells Anokhi to go to her room and rest. Anokhi says she is very happy that Astha came to do her “grill pravesh”. Astha says she is also very happy but she cannot stay in this house and will go back soon. Astha thanks Anokhi for giving her so many moments of happiness. Anokhi thinks she must stop Astha in some way or the other.
Bebo and Kitty click pictures with Anokhi and Shaurya. They say people want to know how Anokhi managed to snare Shaurya. Shaurya says it was in fact he who pleaded to marry Anokhi. They ask Anokhi where they are going for honeymoon and she says they have not decided anything. They say when Shaurya was getting married to Shagun, they had everything planned in advance. Shagun comes there and says she wants to be friends with Anokhi and invites them for lunch. Anokhi accepts.
Devi is furious that Anokhi insulted the guests, but Anokhi says she does not regret what she did. Devi defends the guests.Anokhi confronts that she didn’t do wrong as they were saying this marriage happened as she is pregnant. Devi said your marriage took place in such a hurry, then everyone will think so. Shorya and Anokhi surprised after listening this.

Shaurya and Anokhi spend some romantic time. A guest asks Anokhi what her study plans are now that she is married. Devi says she is no more a college student but Sabherwal’s daughter in law now and there is no bigger degree than that.
