At the beginning of the episode, Suhani is beside herself looking at Rakesh. Doctor tells her that her father is fine as senior students handled the situation well. Ansh pretends that he took care of Rakesh. Doctor tells them to wait outside. Ansh gives Suhani his handkerchief to wipe her tears. He tells her not to worry as senior cardiologist is seeing him. He says Rakesh must have got some shock which triggered the attack. He insinuates that Ranveer must have said something to him.
Ranveer calls Mamta to ask about Vikrant’s whereabouts. He is going but Suhani stops him on the way. Ranveer scolds her for coming in front of bike. Suhani says that her father is in emergency ward because of him. Ranveer says she always reacts without thinking and he needs to go for an important work. Suhani and Meeta wonder why Ranveer went away when Rakesh is in emergency. Suhani says she does not care. Meeta says she cares but it is all Ranveer’s fault.
Mamta wonders what Ranveer wants this time with Vikrant. Ranveer reaches home. Dadu tries to talk to him but he calls Vikrant. Vikrant tells Ranveer to lower his voice while talking to elders. Ranveer asks him what he said to Rakesh. Vikram rebukes Ranveer that he has started behaving like roadside people. Vikrant says Rakesh is his employee and he can say whatever he wants to him. He says it is none of Ranveer’s business. Ranveer says it is his business as the matter was related to him.
Dadu tells Ranveer to calm down. Roshni and Vikram tells Ranveer not to create a scene for an employee. Ranveer says Rakesh is an employee not slave and he cannot insult him. Vikrant says he never said a word when Ranveer broke his engagement and insulted him for Rakesh’s daughter. Ranveer says they are not responsible for his actions and Suhani is not even aware of what he feels. He asks Vikrant to apologise to Rakesh. Vikrant says he can never apologise to someone like Rakesh.
Ranveer says he must say sorry as Rakesh suffered a heart attack because of what he said to him. Vikram says Vikrant will not do anything of the sort. Vikrant tells Ranveer to forget it. Ranveer takes Vikrant’s hand and says he must bend over and apologise for his mistake. Vikrant says he will never apologise. Ranveer says he has brought the solution for his stubbornness with him. Ranveer starts clapping and says Vikrant will have no choice after this. Ranveer counts down from 10 to 1.
Ansh tells Suhani to have courage. Suhani tells Rakesh to wake up. Ansh gives her water. Kammo comes and snatches bottle from Suhani’s hand and says Suhani is responsible for Rakesh’s condition. Dadi says Kammo does not know how to control what she says. Kammo says they cannot see anything but Rakesh suffered a heart attack because of Suhani and Ranveer.
Ansh tells them that Rakesh is fine and his treatment is going on. Sudha asks why Rakesh is not waking up. Ansh tells them that senior cardiologist is looking after him. Kammo thanks Ansh for taking care of Rakesh and their family. Ansh shows cardiologist Rakesh’s reports. Cardiolist wonders why Rakesh is not waking up. Ranveer says he knows why he is not waking up. Suhani says what he is doing here and he should go for his important work.
Ranveer says Rakesh needs treatment for his hurt feelings and he has brought the treatment with him. He calls Vikrant in and asks him to say sorry to Rakesh. Vikrant hesitates. Vikrant says Rakesh is still unconscious. Ranveer says he will wake up once he says sorry. Vikrant tells Rakesh that he has no problem with his work and he said a lot of wrong things to him. He says he takes back his words and he is sorry. Rakesh’s hand starts moving as Vikrant apologises. Ranveer asks Vikrant to apologise with folded hands.
