At the beginning of the episode, Rakesh tells Sudha to put the spray on Suhani’s foot and give her turmeric milk. She asks him to meet her. He avoids and goes to the office. Sudha says he will never show his concern.
Vikrant comes to the breakfast table. Ranveer gets up from the table and says his appetite is gone now. Mamta tells him to eat something but he says he will eat in college. Mamta packs tiffin for him. John and Raghu tell him that Suhani has not come to college and she has a project today. Rakesh comes to his house and tells him that Suhani has swelling in her foot and cannot walk. Ranveer thinks he must do something. Suhani comes to the dining room. Dadi tells Suhani to rest in her room. Suhani puts a stool to rest her foot.
Ranveer brings an ambulance to their house. Ranveer tells them that he has come to take Suhani to college. Sudha says she cannot go as doctor has told her to bed rest. Ranveer tells her that Suhani has anatomy project and marks will be added in final exams. He shows Sudha the ambulance and introduces them to Meeta, who is Suhani’s classmate. He shows them that ambulance is fully equipped to take care of Suhani.
Sudha says she cannot allow Suhani to go without asking Rakesh. Dadi says she will go with them and they can drop her to temple. Dadi sees Ranveer’s steel tiffin box and gives it to Sudha thinking it is theirs. They drop Dadi in the temple. Ranveer asks if he should book a cab for her to return, but she says she will manage on her own.
Ranveer tells the driver to drive carefully as they have a patient. He tells Suhani to keep her foot elevated. Suhani asks why he got an ambulance for a small sprain. Ranveer tells her that it could get much worse if care is not taken. He tells her not to worry as the best doctor is with her. Suhani asks if he is still upset with her. He asks Meeta if he was upset. Meeta says she does not know. He tells Suhani to revise for exam.
Someone stops the ambulance. They get out to see that a pregnant woman in labour, their car has stopped working. Riya asks John and Raghu where Ranveer is. She is shocked to know that he took ambulance for a small sprain. Ranveer says the woman’s water broke and they will have to get delivery done in ambulance. The woman says she feels claustrophobic and will not go in ambulance.
Ranveer scolds Suhani for coming out. She tells him to focus on the woman. He gives her a wheelchair to sit. They put the woman on stretcher. They create a temporary barrier and ask to carry out the delivery. The woman’s husband refuses to let Ranveer do the delivery. Ranveer tells him that their life will be in danger if they delay, but he says he knows doctors like him. Ranveer slaps him and ties his hands and gags him.
Ranveer says if they do not start the procedure right away the baby and mother both can die. He tells the woman to cooperate with him or she will lose her baby. Suhani tells the lady that Ranveer’s methods are weird but he is a very good doctor. They start the procedure and tell the woman to push.
