At the beginning of the episode, Suhani calms the woman down and encourages her to push. Ranveer says they are not interested in their child at all. Suhani tells him not to say such things. Ranveer says the mother is not just a word and she is not even able to push. The woman pushes hard. Meeta says baby is crowning.
Mamta remembers her conversation with Asha. Roshni sees that she is distracted and stops her before she cut her hand. Mamta says she was thinking about Ranveer. Roshni says Ranveer has started being too angry and she should get him married soon. Mamta says she will talk to him.
Rakesh comes home and asks about Suhani’s food. Sudha tells him that she has gone to college. Sudha says Ranveer came by ambulance as she has an important project. Rakesh gets angry and calls Suhani. Rakesh says he will go to college and see. Dadi comes and tells him that she went along with Suhani. Rakesh says he is worried as Suhani is not picking his phone.
Ranveer, Meeta, and Suhani deliver the baby successfully. Ranveer unties father’s hands and congratulates him for having a baby girl. Suhani says the baby is not crying. Father says he will put them in jail if something happened to his daughter.
Sudha calls Riya and asks if Suhani has reached. Riya says they have not reached yet. Ansh hears their conversation. Ranveer takes the baby and says her parents are the best and he said all this to make her mother push. He screams at the baby and the baby cries. Mother thanks Ranveer. Suhani congratulates them. Father thanks Ranveer and says sorry for screaming at him. Ranveer says saving a person’s life is the only concern for a doctor.
Ranveer says they will drop them to the hospital and then take Suhani to college. Suhani feels touched as Ranveer supports her back to the ambulance. Ranveer asks if she wants to say something, as she has been staring at him. Suhani says he screamed so badly that the baby also came out of fear. Ranveer says he does his job passionately.
Suhani apologizes for misunderstanding him. Suhani trips and Ranveer supports her. Ansh brings Riya to the spot and says Ranveer is starting his love story while ignoring her feelings. Riya says she has spoken to Suhani and there is nothing like this. Ansh says he can understand a guy’s look and Ranveer has the same feelings for Suhani that she has for him. Ranveer takes Suhani to the ambulance.
Ansh tells Riya to drop her back as he brought her there. Riya refuses to accompany him. She gets a call for Mamta. Mamta tells him about Ranveer. Riya starts crying. Mamta asks her to come home immediately. Rakesh reaches college and sees Suhani in classroom. Mamta and others asks why Riya is crying. Riya says she shared everything with them and Mamta has been her mother. Dadu tells her that they are worried about her. Riya tells them that she loves Ranveer a lot. Roshni says this is good news. Samaira and Dadu feel happy. Riya says perhaps Ranveer does not love her back.
Ranveer meets Rakesh and tells that he tried to call him but could not reach him. Rakesh tells him to inform him if anything like this happens and goes. Sudha calls Ranveer and asks him to make sure Suhani eats something and takes her medicines. Ranveer tells her not to worry.
